Amazing hotel and service! Great for families! Perfect location!

Great location in the center of Bairro Alto! Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Rooftop breakfast tasted great with hot and cold options and stunning city views. Def worth adding breakfast when booking to save some money.

Awesome experience at the center of action and walking distance from downtown attractions. Staff was super friendly and service was excellent

Our rooms were outstanding-one bedroom studio with a loft. Nice locations, close to all the local sights. The shower gel and lotion smells so good!

Great rooms, very friendly people, great food and great location

Really beautiful and comfortable property in a great location. Very charming. The fitness center is very small and there is no Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff is wonderful and even provided special gifts, treats and a robe for our son.

Wish I could come here every weekend! Absolutely 5-star service and stay! From the months leading up to our visit to all through our visit, the staff would so polite and helpful with bookings, recommendations etc. So practical to be able to WhatsApp them during our stay if we had a question/request too. We stayed in a little apartment with 2 double bedrooms and living room with kitchenette. Beautiful furnished, clean, comfy beds, fab shower, some treats on the kitchen counter, what more could we ask for! We had delicious breakfasts on the roof top terrace with a gorgeous view; such a treat. We also used the spa and has the most amazing massage. Hotel was quite and peaceful but metres from the hustle and bustle, just metres from a square with fabulous viewpoint. There was also a popup Spring Fayre in the square when we were there with food/drink stalls and great atmosphere. I can not recommend this Hotel and Spa enough. Thank you so much to the staff for making this long awaited trip to celebrate 30+ years of friendship so special.

Wonderful staff, very nice facility, nice location.

Wonderful property and exceptional service. However, on Saturday night it was very, very loud until 3:30am. We thought this was a quiet part of town but it was crazy loud. Not much they can do about it but if you like to sleep beware.

Directions and signage was not there. Took us like 15mins once the taxi dropped off to find the place. Once we got it, it was amazing. We had an amazing time so don’t want that 15mins to blur our great experience with the hotel and Lisbona ❤️

We went to Portugal for our 20th anniversary and the Lumiares could not have been better. The staff was incredible and we had an amazing room. The roof top bar is perfect and the hotel location was great! Easy to get everywhere- We will be back

The Hotel is Beautiful. The location is excellent and the Suite we had was extremely well appointed and comfortable. While we had a Hot water issue in the Bath, the MGMT. Came up with a solution to allow us to use a vacant room. The rooftop restaurant spot is Glorious. If you are choosing a top shelf boutique hotel in a charming Lisbon neighborhood, the Lumiares is it. The staff is a bit green, but go out of their way to please. A bit noisy on the streets below, but the room can button up nicely.

A fantastic hotel and we will highly recommend. We will comeback. Just want to informe you that our room (suite with one bedroom) had very small windows and almost no natural light. We were suprised as the photos shows big windows.

Vi bodde på hotellet 3 nätter i samband med att vi firade min frus födelsedag! Vi blev väldigt väl omhändertagna under hela vistelsen. De kom bjöd på bubbel och tilltugg på Födelsedagen och var överlag väldigt trevliga och service under hela tiden. Vi kan varmt rekommendera Altis

Location is perfect, almost everything is in walkable distance. Service is great, I would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
