What can I say? This property was 10 out of 10 coming from New York we loved everything about it with the balcony facing room of the water. Staff were super friendly. Food was good when everything in the area was closed down and my massage with Maria was out of this world book your spot ahead of time because it sells out very quickly. Upon arrival there’s no openings

We loved our stay here. Amazing food, nice staff, great big rooms. The only downside is that we were put into an accessible room when we didn’t need it so the toilet and shower were not very comfortable. Parking gets very busy in the afternoon-evening

Can’t imagine a more fantastic property. Very upscale. The views you are looking for from rooms & lounge area.

Flott opphold på rent og pent hotell med fantastisk utsikt og flotte fellesområder. Utsikt både fra frokostsal, bar og bassengområde, som for øvrig var veldrevet med fine solsenger og svært godt renhold. Vi hadde bestilt rom med sjøutsikt og balkong. Balkongen var veldig liten, men de fine fellesområdene veide opp for det. Fint opplegg med 3 euro pr dag man ikke ba om renhold

Lage super, Hotel auch schön ein täglicher Zimmerservice oder Handtücher wechseln ohne Aufpreis wäre wünschenswert & erwartet man sich bei solch einem Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich! Essen war gut, „Basics“ wie Pommes etc. haben etwas gefehlt

Nous avons été très bien accueilli a l'arrivée. Les chambres, très propres et grandes. Demi-pension parfait, cinq jours et beaucoup de variété. Sauf petit bémol, pas assez de chaises long a la piscine trop de monde.

Hôtel magnifique. La vue est splendide, le spa inclus très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Propice à la détente!

Very pleasant across the board.

The hotel had lovely decor and the public areas were always clean. The breakfast and dinner buffet was exceptional: a great choice and high quality foods. The room was very comfortable, and quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good throughout. The pool bar served lovely drinks at a reasonable price. My only negative comment would be that the room surfaces and floors were a little dusty even after the room had been cleaned. Everything else was excellent and I would stay here again.

Bel hotel avec un tres beau spa et une belle piscine, idealement placé pour visiter Funchal . Decoration un peu triste et spartiate, qui meriterait un petit rajeunissement. Petit dejeuner varié et bon.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Lage und Ausstattung. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days for our honeymoon. Upon arrival, there was champagne, cheese, and a welcome note in our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Our room was beautiful. The food was excellent with a great variety. We had a perfect holiday from start to finish.

Hotel was beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding so was the view of the city. We enjoyed the spa area and pool bar. Pool water was a little chilly but otherwise lovely. Would recommend this hotel

I didn't like that it was not walkable for someone with arthritis. We couldn't make a reservation for the rooftop dining experience, so had limited food options. Although, the buffet food was very good. The fruit left as a welcome gift should have been refreshed. Also, the pool area needs to be updated with new cushions, the existing ones were very soiled. Lidia was very warm and welcoming.

Great hotel, wish we stayed longer.
