It would have been nice to know beforehand that there was active construction going on in multiple areas of the hotel (include near the lobby). The chemicals and dust were strong and you were routed to walk in hallways (floor -1) beside the construction to make your way to the outdoor pool. Sadly, we could also smell the chemicals being used in construction while at the pool. The gym and indoor pool are under construction, we would have loved to use these facilities and that was part of the reason we chose this hotel. Life guard, Nuno, and breakfast staff were awesome!

The restaurant is very good, the bedroom is spacious and comfortable!

Wonderful hotel with an awesome pool, outdoor seating for cocktails with a spectacular view & great dinner & breakfast!!! Up on a hill overlooking the river & plains below!

O hotem em si é muito bom, porem o operacional deixa a desejar, por exemplo, tem 2 ferros de passar, os hóspedes levam e nao devolvem, o hotel não tem o controle de que leva, a pessoa fica de um dia para o outro e os outros hóspedes não podem utilizar. Outro problema que tive, foi esquecido uma almofada infantil, nao é pelo valor financeiro, mas era de uma criança de 4 anos, no mesmo dia ligamos para reaver, o hotel disse que nao foi localizado, isso é bem problemático, pois se trata de um item de criança.

Très bon hotel, personnel très agréable. Chambre spacieuse et nettoyage impeccable. Équipement complet (table, fauteuil,bureau, grand lit, armoire, baignoire ect…) Petit déjeuner varié, piscine et transat au top avec le bar. Si je devais mettre un point négatif : la moquette dans la chambre et la fenêtre qui s ouvre uniquement en oscillo battante.

Great room with a beautiful view,good food.The staff very friendly and welcoming.Was my first time in the hotel and from now on I will always stay at this hotel.

The condition of the gym is deplorable. The space and variety of equipment are appreciated, but the machines were broken, and the level of dirt was shocking. The mats were disgusting, so I lay on the floor instead, and the friction from my hands rolled up balls of grime. Regarding every other aspect, room cleaningness and comfort exceptional.

Les chambres et le mobilier sont vieillots. On devrait enlever les tapis et refaire la salle de bain. Par contre, c’est très propre.

Excellent hotel. The breakfast was awesome! I didn’t like the coffee though, so I had lots of other options!

No geral o hotel é fantástico. O staff é muito simpático, o hotel apresenta uma limpeza óptima e boa climatização. A piscina também é muito boa. Pequeno almoço variado e bem confeccionado. O único ponto negativo que poderia apontar tem a ver com a insonorização dos quartos. Conseguimos ouvir tudo o que se passa no corredor e nos quartos por cima/ao lado. Contudo penso que alguns hóspedes também poderiam ser um pouco mais cuidadosos com o volume. Assim sendo a culpa não é só do hotel. Recomendo absolutamente a estadia neste hotel.

The view from the pool was awesome! I also enjoyed the view while eating their delicious breakfast.
