Unique, original, amazing staff, beautiful

Beautiful hotel. Stunning view from the room over Lisbon. What stands out is the multitude of small touches and extra. A memorable stay.

The hotel was very nice and staff were very friendly! Couple of things need improving/changing. First, the uber or boltz driver cannot drop passengers off by the hotel. It’s a restricted area! It would have been nice to know in advance so we did not have to walk with our bags. Second, the rooftop was closed to an event which was very disappointing and on top of that there was so much noise as the event ended as if we were in a night club! Last, the bathroom is designed poorly. Eventhough it was new, clean, and nice the water went everywhere as you shower! Overall nice service and very luxary hotel. I would rate the convenience 4 star and not 5

This was third time at the hotel and it just keeps getting better, which I didn’t think possible! The staff are by far the most helpful and service-friendly I’ve met. Friendly, professional and proactive at all times. Breakfast is a treat. The chef is world class. I look forward to being back soon!

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. We stayed here as our wedding suite and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of, and we were comfortable. The room was stunning with amazing views, the food was great, and the concierge team was incredible

Malheureusement une vraie déception... Malgré un bâtiment historique idéalement situé et des prix de palace, le personnel ne sait pas gérer les problèmes. Pas de climatisation en ce mois de mars. Des chambres surchauffées à 26 degrés. Impossible de dormir convenablement. Face à ce problème connu, personne n a su réagir. Pas de compensation proposée non plus. C est indigne d une nuit à 600€… À ce tarif, préférez d autres établissements de la capitale.

Wooooaaah, superbe hôtel, le service au top, les chambres spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le petit déjeuner c'est un vrai repas avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel au petit soin d'une gentillesse simplement génial. La seule chose qui nous a dérangé c'est la ventilation dans la salle qui s'enclenche 2 fois par jour pendant 3 heures et qui est très bruyante. Idem pour la climatisation (chauffage) qui fait beaucoup de bruit.

Probably the best decision you could make a visiting Lisbon would be to stay here. Really nice location and amazing staff. Thank you Paulo, Jeorge,Liuz and the rest of the staff there, they really make the place perfect.

Amazing hotel with incredibly attentive staff, and a beautiful view from the rooftop bar. Highly recommend, would stay again. Jorge add to the rest of the front desk staff helped us in so many ways.

The staff is incredible. The architecture and design is incredible. The location is amazing. This was our third stay and I couldn’t love it more.
