Hotel bom, piscinas excelentes, contudo não tem restaurante e bar disponível

We really enjoyed our stay at Fajardo Inn. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant with excellent service and delicious food. The coffee bar as well. Our favorite part were the pools. Highly recommend!

When I arrived at 5:00Pm after a day at the beach and expecting to take a long warm shower I was told I did not have a reservation. This information was communicated to me by a secuirty guard at the gate and I was not allowed to go to the main desk. After a 3 hour call to Travelocity I was told Travelocity had fixed it and that I should have an email from the property. I did NOT! I ended up paying cash for a room at the same property but was not refunded by Fajardo INn nor Travelocity! I was finaly allowed a room at 10PM!!!! I want a refund from Travelocity for this delay. I was told tha since I got a room at the original property then there was not really a problem. Makes me question their "search" for a nearby property at $500 a night when thravelocity was not able to credit me the original daily rate.

Had to stay here because of canceled flight due to weather. Luckily, I got the very last room. It had been raining for days and everything was wet with condensation. Not a rug in the whole room. Just cold and wet tile floors soaking through my socks. Bare bones basic room. Didn’t get to use pool or eat at restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good place

Everything was good except there was not coffee in the rooms or lobby. Had to leave the building and walk down a hill to buy it

The room was very clean and the hotel had nice amenities. The hotel staff members were very friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is that the elevator was broken.

Nice facilities, friendly people.

We wish we had stayed here for our entire trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator in room was a bonus. Shower and bathroom were also nice and clean. Staff were helpful and courteous. If we come back to Puerto Rico we would definitely consider staying here and enjoying more of the property.

We only stayed one night at The Fajardo Inn but wished we could stay longer. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, beds comfortable, and the grounds

It's always an amazing experience to stay at Fajardo inn.

Room was in good condition and premises clean.

The room was musty and damp. The toilet paper holder was covered in mold. The toilet didn’t flush well and by morning wouldn’t flush at all. Our clothes we laid out the night before were damp in the morning from the moisture in the room even though we had the air conditioner on all night. We went to sit by the pool but all the chairs were wet. There were no towels to wipe them down and no staff to take initiative to do it. We paid a premium for the worst place we’ve stayed on our tour of Puerto Rico.

The shower was terrible. Room was not as nice as the pictures. Not worth the price of the room.

Beautiful vistas, amenities and service.

The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

No actual foodģ

Our room was quite basic and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and tidy. It lacked a hair dryer and cozy blankets for the cold nights. The view from the sit-out area was beautiful, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
