La limpieza no era la adecuada La estufa medio sirve La tostadora de pan medio sirve Las manijaa de las purrtas muy fragiles.

We were satisfied with our stay. I would suggest having a full-length mirror installed in the apartment somewhere.

It was a great stay. The hotel is centrally situated in a very great area near the beach as well as a plethora of restaurants which I was able to accommodate everyone's needs.

Good neighborhood, a bit of noise from the street. The apartment is nice but should be better maintained: mold in bathroom ceiling, saw 1 bug, entrance door makes a lot of noise, bathroom was still a bit dirty on arrival, the fridge is leaking, the kitchen was a bit dirty on arrival.

Convenient location, close to Old San Juan, nice owner. A little old and parking is limited.

The people there were very welcoming and friendly. Great customer services were provided can’t say enough about the staff there,super friendly with a heart of gold.

The owner Angel was very helpful in directing us to near by restaurants & beaches. However, for things that were missing in the efficiency rental. The owners answer was, "people steal everything." A small table in the kitchenette was wobbly. A plug in cook top to use, but hardly any utensils. There is a small refrigerator, and a small microwave. Ceiling lights were only light bulbs with no covering. TV channels were constantly buffering. The TV had Netflix. But was near impossible to watch anything due to the signal. Constantly buffering, even after unplugging and re-booting the system. Parking is extremely difficult. There is one spot in front just off the sidewalk. It's a first come first serve space. Personally I would not stay at this place ever again.

I enjoyed staying here. I appreciate that Angel was able to hold my bags after I checked out, saved me from a lot of stress!

Everyone was so kind and helpful!! They made me feel like I was with family. I can’t wait to come back and stay again! Really great host !

The property manager was so great! The apartment style stay is very cozy and and inviting. I will be coming back so many more times.

I had to call when I got there to get access to my room. They should remove "Parking" as an amenity as only 2 cars can be parked, and for the most part, there were always 2 cars there. I had to find parking on the street which was extremely difficult

Cheap installation. but clearings it was ok

This was my first stay in Miramar and I loved it. The studio was well placed and near great food. I felt safe and had no issues

We liked everything, excellent location, kitchen with natural gas stove, all necessary cooking utensils. Shops nearby, location 15 minutes from the airport, there is really nothing that we disliked. And above all the price of the accommodation was excellently affordable, compared to others. Very happy I would return to the same place if I could vacation again.

It was a nice place with great places to eat within walking distance. The only issue was the fridge didn’t stay cold the last few days. However, after we left PR had a major power outage, so this may have been the reason. I think we picked a great place to stay.

Angel is an amazing host. He showed me so much love and hospitality am thinking about coming back to PR soon. Made a new family here. Definitely highly recommend. Thanks Angel!

If you are backpack and can sleep in tiny room with noisy area , take this room. Otherwise not recommended
