I like how quiet the room was. Bed was very comfortable. I did a late check in without problems.

Clean property. The air conditioning was too cold.

The staff was very accommodating especially that we checked in late due to travel delays. Both Davids at the hotel were very welcoming. The hotel was near eateries, casino and a Walgreens if needed.

Pasamos super bien

The stay was ok until check out time. Check out was at 11 and we checked out between 10:45 and 10:55. At the time the front desk received a call from someone and the person who was checking us out let them know which rooms were checking out on the floor I was on. We went to eat to a restaurant 2 doors down and at 11:20 I realized I had left my power bank in the room. I called the front desk at 11:22 and ask them to please check the room. I told them exactly were the power bank was and I was assured it would be secured. I got back 25 min later and they told me the power bank was never found. They wouldn’t let me go to the room to check. When I went to the room it was stripped and the power bank wasn’t there…someone stole it. So beware….if you accidentally leave something even if it’s for 20 min someone will claim it as their own…and the staff will try to make you believe like you never left anything to begin with…

We arrived at 4:00AM and we were able to check in with no issues. The room was nice and clean.

Close to restaurants and airport and close to beach.

Mi única queja es que cierren el acceso al lobby sin orientar a los huepedes y cuando Uber te deja frente a la puerta la seguridad del hotel pretenda que una mujer sola entre por la puerta posterior que nadie le dijo donde está a la 1.00 am al salir del concierto de Bad Bunny….en Istanbul en un caso parecido el guardia me llevaba a la puerta de mi habitación !!

We loved our stay! The pool was great and really short walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.

We had an easy check in, and the staff was very nice at the property. In fact, every staff member we encountered was super helpful. The bartender, the person that was attending the pool and providing towels, David who works the overnight was super friendly as were the check in associates. The pool area is small but nice! it's quiet and a nice area to hang out. The little domino area and library type room by the bar is so cute!! We had delicious morning coffee at the bar too. While the rooms were clean, we found that the condition of the bathrooms was subpar as well as the smell when we walked in. We had rooms on the 6th floor and both rooms had a musty smell. We think the smell was from the curtains/drapes. Our friends on other floors had no such issues. I should clarify that the room booked on expedia was on the 3rd floor and it was clean and larger than the vibee experience rooms we had and had no bathroom issues. The bathrooms were the real issues again on the 6th floor. One bathroom leaked ALL over the floor and the other bathroom had inconsistent water temperature. The hotel location is great, walking distance to everything with lots of late-night restaurants open nearby. Also, Isla Verde is within minutes of the airport which is very convenient. All in all, we had a good stay and thank the staff at Tryp for doing such a great job.
