Was a good short stay. Uber pickup was easy, hotel was clean and felt safe. Would definitely recommend this place

Large rooms and professional staff

Good transit hotel, close to the airport and the room is comfortable.

the hotel is very old and not in good condition. the power socket next to the bed is not working and making an electrical sound, I informed the receptionist and nothing happened. TV has no internet and most of the channels are not working and the ones working are not of good quality, if is they are using a cheap IP TV service. The toilet hose was leaking. when I told them that am Expedia platinum member didn't mean anything to them and nothing free or upgrade.

No problems during check-in/check-out. Everything was essentially as described. Except for a weird curry like smell on the Room. Took a time to get used to it and even though remained unpleasant. The parking on the street but right in front we could find places all the time. Close to the airport and the city center ar the same time, this was really useful.

Very central location to airport, but facilities not great. Swimming pool is too deep at 1.55m all round with no shallow section, water in the room takes 20mins to heat up, food for breakfast is very good, but for dinner is very repetitive, same three rotations throughout the week. Called the reception for an iron, didn't end up coming, called reception for toilet roll, again didn't come. Not what you expect from such a highly regarded hotel, would not recommend

Stay like a president…” it says on their own website. There is NOTHING “presidential” about this hotel, its facilities and its staff. To name but a few issues: No fridge in room on arrival. Wires hanging from sockets. Wallpaper hanging from walls. Zero water pressure in the ‘shower’. Smoke alarm hanging from ceiling. Televisions don’t work. WiFi intermittent and as slow as ‘dial up then stopped working completely. Advertised as having ‘balcony’ - there is no balcony. Only 4 plug in bedside lamps (no ceiling lights) in the entire room. Curtain pole fell off on day 1 and never got repaired. No ‘club lounge’ as advertised. Stains all over carpets. Dust on tables. Rude staff who blatantly lie to your face, then say ‘it’s never happened’. No batbrobes (etc) provided. No explanation of any facilities - simply given a ‘printed note’ of facilities to figure out for ourselves. The spa/gym had smashed mirrors and broken equipment. Breakfast was basic and nothing like the photos. Disappointed Expedia did not think that being mis-sold a product where the amenities advertised were not there and the fire safety equipment was not functional was a qualifying factor for a relocation. No apology from anyone at the hotel. Just lies and disinterest at every attempt to ask them to resolve even basic cleanliness issues.

Location was good, the metro was on the doorstep which made it convenient to get access to different locations around the city. The wifi at the hotel was poor, couldn’t make or receive any calls, only good for surfing the net. The TV had only two channels working. Breakfast was okay too, buffet style breakfast.

Excellent quality rooms and kindly personal. They will help you if you need something. The hotel is near the Al Doha Al Jadida metro station. There are many routes from here. Besides air conditions was good.
