Over all good experience the room I moved had some noise issue so they change my room right away beside peaceful stay.

Great Hotel

Séjour de2 chambres individuelles de 4 nuits en demi pension Chambre très spacieuse et très bien équipée literie très confortable. Je précise toutes mes observations à venir ont ete remontées en direct à lareception Check in: correct toutefois pensez à dire au personnel d'enregistrer l'empreinte de votre carte sinon vous devez être avec du cash ou votre carte avec vous si vous souhaitez commander qq chose. J'avoue avoir était fortement vexée lorsque le serveur revient en disant vous devez régler possibles mettre sur votre chambre bon bref... La ou je suis plus mécontente piscine en travaux à l hôtel et non mentionné on vous proposée compensation d'aller au banyan tree beaucoup plus loin (navette mis à disposition) alors après avoir eu un accueil très froid et chercher plus de 20 minutes ou se trouvait la piscine non ce n'est pas celle du R8 ouonvous renvoie vers le rdc type piscine intérieure municipale avec plein d'enfants qui hurlent... J'ai fait demi-tour aussi sec et ne suit plus retourner. Petit-déjeuner très correct et une belle mention pour celui servi en chambre. Plusieurs restaurants italien sushis... Mais un demi-pension celui du buffet contenu de la période du ramadan 2 services à choisir en amont. Point d'amélioration prévoir plus d'option végétarienne ou de poissons car au bout de 3 jours c est répétitif et limité Chambre bruyante à compter du samedi 22 mars en continu bruits de marteau piqueurs. Property is ok. We booked executive room with lounge access. No info was provided that because of Ramadan lounge was closed. No info was provided that because of Ramadan pool was closed....No info was provided that because of Ramadan Skyview was closed....Hotel tried to compensate lack of sevices with food and beverage at Orangerie Cafe....we were told you can have food and 2 drinks....it turned out to be restricted to certain items...nobody told us that...finished up paying bill second evening....every evening was a chaos due to lack of communication between hotel staff and restaurant. Sad experience...we were glad leaving finaly this facility.

Ottima struttura con tutti i servizi alla perfezione. Tranne per il wifi che è pessimo, non supporta neanche una video chiamata su Zoom. Per me come viaggiatore per il lavoro è essenziale una buona connessione wifi. Spero al mio ritorno tra un anno di trovarlo migliorato.

Fast and smooth check in process and the same for the check out, very good location 2 minutes from metro station; comfy room and clean

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff. Close to metro, shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and very modern.

Check in wasnt welcoming at all maybe she was having a bad day. Bit rude. Can hear all the noise from neighbouring and adjacent rooms. Not for me wouldn’t recommend it on this basis. The guy blowing his nose and on his phone for most of the night was difficult. I didn’t get any sleep. That aside food and drink pretty good as was the rooftop bar. Iron and hairdryer were spot on really good quality. Bed has a gap between headboard and mattress. House cleaning was sufficient. Shower wasn’t the best. Overall I’d say room wise probably a 3/4 star

Eric was lovely assisting us in room 418 from giving us our bags to our room, was very friendly and lovely will miss his presence! The receptionists could of been abit more useful at times but the hotel restaurant staff were lovely especially prokash and khaled and the Philippines woman working there. We enjoyed getting our luggages and baggages from the car to the hotel and the Nepalese staff was lovely dont know his name. Overall was a 5* hotel felt luxurious and i had a good night sleep without any club disturbance for my child. Would recommend room service putting in bags in bathroom but lovely room service staff also the lift was abit problematic as it would close would would suggest adding sensors to stop l. Overall i enjoyed my staff at the hotel got abit bored with breakfast but nonetheless great stay! We love this hotel! Thanks guys for making it extremely hospitalible for us!

Great hotel

The room had a very Smokey smell and stained carpet. The room was somewhat dated.

I mad multiple concerns that were never fully addressed. Was moved rooms 3 times due to cleanliness and unbearable noise from the club in the hotel. Being moved at 3 am. Also getting woken up early morning due to “maintenance”. They say this hotel is 5 stars but I’ve stayed in my hotels and I don’t think this reaches a 3 star hotel.

Luxury and comfort hotel , all staff were friendly and skilled.

i like the service wherever i go, concierge, restaurant, room service. really excellent .
