1) TV channels are not conducive for American guests.
2) Electrical socket outlets are all 3-phased prongs. I had to buy an adopter to access them. The hotel does not provide any adopters.
3) I tried to ask access for microwave oven to heat up my food. The operator told me they will pickup my food and heat it up for me. I waited until the next day. I tried calling again and they said they don’t provide that service. That’s really very disappointing and I had a lot of wasted food in my suite.

When I approached the front desk to begin the check-in process, the staff member responsible, ROWENA, was handling my registration. However, she did not show any welcoming attitude appropriate to a hotel guest. At the same time, she was engaged in conversations with other people while processing my check-in, which caused clear distraction and an unjustified delay in completing the check-in procedure.
This manner of interaction reflects a lack of professionalism and does not meet the customer service standards expected from your hotel, especially since the check-in process represents the guest’s first point of contact with the hotel and should be handled with full attention and respect for the guest’s time.
