服務人員親切友善，房間很舒適，地點也方便，有地鐵站和很多商店。

The overall accommodation is satisfactory. This boutique hotel is comfortable and in a good location. As for the staff, most of them are helpful and nice. However, it feels a bit strange that the promotion of upgrading room types is offered by the reception upon my arrival.

It’s the best hotel situated at the heart of Souq Waqif, a historic market just like stepping into One Thousand and One Night. If u stay in Doha for few days, should move into Souq Waqif hotels by Tivoli. It’s modern, clean and neat, very Islamic building. Excellent breakfast, shower and bed. No complaints about the quality. However Tivoli manage few boutique hotels situate at different part of Souq Waqif, I can only comment where we stay- the Al Bidda.

very clean at the heart of Doha

Excellent hotel, location and service. Would def stay here again. Had a 15 hour layover. Staff was accommodating to late check in, provided all services requested and it’s a nice touch to get moved around via cart even for small walks.

The location could not be any better. The staff was great. ideal place for a short stay where you can walk arouns , have great food, shop and relax.

Hotel incrível, com receptação agradável, funcionários atenciosos e dispostos. Não me lembro o nome de um funcionário que nos levou até Al Bidda, mas ele foi muito querido, nos mudou de quarto pois chegamos e estava com camas de solteiro e somos um casal. Sempre sorrindo. O hotel é algo inexplicável para quem vive em culturas ocidentais, tão diferente deles. O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização no Souq Waqif é uma experiência única, vc acorda e dorme dentro de um Souq. Voltarei e ficarei hospedada novamente com eles. Nota 10 de 10!

Didn’t get to spend as much time enjoying the hotel as I would have preferred due to delayed arrival, but the extended check out on account of that fact was appreciated. The room was comfortable and quiet with views towards Al Corniche. The rooms are a little dated, but still very comfortable. The only draw back was difficulty in operating the lights. Struggled to turn them off and then back on again. Why do hotels make light switches so complex?!

It was hard to find the location

Great location to the souq and other sites along the waterfront. Be aware there are about 6 different hotels under the Tivoli brand in this location. Our suite was well appointed and comfortable. Service is outstanding.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It was 45 degrees every day so being able to get transport around the area during the day was great. Pool was open till 7. A bit later would have been good. Breakfast was excellent.

THe Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels are a collection of 8 hotels in the beautiful historic area of Souq Waqif. Excellent area to stay if you are a first time visitor like myself and wanting to be in a more historic and cultural area of Doha. THe 8 buildings are all at different standards, so it is probably best to get clarification on what class of hotel you will be in. Staff are fantastic!
