The only one staff name Hassan was great he assisted me with all my needs and very professional but most of the front desk staff was rude and not professional at all so if I have to go back there because of Hassan very nice person thanks again Hassan

Bel hôtel à 5 minutes d'une station de métro. Chambre spacieuse avec une fenêtre extra-large. Le déjeuner le plus copieux de tout mon voyage. Jolie piscines sur le toit, mais pas beaucoup de chaises autour et encore moins qui ne soient pas défectueuses. Superette à moins de 2 minutes de l'hôtel, sur un petite rue entre le métro et l'hôtel.

the staff are helpful but the service requested was not made except the last day, the fridge was not working for the whole stay, and a small fridge was offered the day I am leaving

I’ll be honest the location isn’t the best. It’s definitely not a five star hotel, I don’t want to badmouth a place, but it’s the truth don't want to sound like the bad guy… maybe 3 stars definitely but still great I guess

Nice hotel and it has a good morning breakfast, very good front desk staff but the first floor is noisy from the road and from the truck

Lovely clean hotel. Room was lovely. Didn’t use any facilities as only stopped one night. Highly recommended

This hotel cannot be 5 stars. Its 3 at best and rating it as 5 stars hotel is a scam. Nevertheless, for 3 stars hotels, its good.

Muy bueno

Very dirty room, no clean towels and washcloths. Bad smell in the room like old musty stale mop water. Everything is stained: the wood, the walls, bathroom. just filthy. Customer service was very rude and dismissive. Don’t stay here

Overall experience, the avenue hotel was okay. Several complaints is that the bar that was advertised on the booking has been closed for a while. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating, besides one laundry snaffu(they charge per article of clothing BE SURE TO ASK FOR PRICING). The breakfast was good some days and okay others, the hot food was sometimes luke warm and sometimes even cold. It would benefit the hotel if they invested in better hot plates to keep food warm. Pastries in the morning were often stale, wouldn’t be surprised if they were older than 5 plus days. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel as advertised here. I think 3-4 stars is more accurate. For the price though, not a bad experience.
