Jeg ble svært imponert over servicenivået på Waldorf-hotellet. Rommet var i utmerket stand og hadde gjennomtenkte og praktiske løsninger – blant annet et eget rom for garderobe, noe som ga en ekstra følelse av komfort og luksus.

5 von 5 Sternen! Ich war absolut begeistert von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach lecker und das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

One of the best hotels I’ve been here in Doha

Nothing worked. The air-conditioning at the swimming pool area was not functioning. One of our bathroom sinks was clogged. The coffee machine was disgustingly dirty and had to be changed. For two hours I tried to call the concierge, guest services and housekeeping but nobody answered. It was a comedy of errors. To top it all we were 4 in the room and I requested a soap and was given one measly one inch soap. Never again especially with the exorbitant price.

So after my disappointment at the four seasons hotel I found myself back at home here. The friendly faces. The welcome. It was a reminder that if the staff treat you like family it is more important than anything.

To be honest, I expected more. I stayed because I had never stayed at a Waldorf before. The room was wonderful, however I found it strange, that they placed me in one of the private alcove that has 2 bedrooms for interconnecting, when they could have given me a completely private entrance, as it was during Ramadan. The facilities are great, however it’s over 3 levels, so you have to constantly up and down if you want to sauna, gym, swim, shower. It’s annoying. I also asked for additional water, was not provided. Also, sometimes I do stay in hotels based in amenities. They have Byredo which is my favourite. I have stayed in Intercon and other hotels with this brand. Now, I feel that some of the toiletries were indeed not Byredo, but some sort of alternative. Including in the change rooms, it says Byredo on the label, but inside it’s a strange spa brand. This is disappointing. I think due to these small mishaps, I likely won’t stay at Waldorf Astoria again. Ritz Carlton was much better

The room was large and very nice , they have more than a restaurant I recommend the Chinese on the 44 floor.

Our family vacation in Doha was crowned with the excellent customer service we got at the Waldof Astoria west bay Doha. Everyone was exceptionally plesant and very attentive. The room was immaculately neat and spacious. The concierge servicewas top notch, very helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one.

Great rooms and all staff were helpful and freimdly.

Uno dei migliori alberghi di sempre per me. Struttura con spazi enormi, arredamento di gusto eccezionale. 3 piani di spa con piscina 25 metri al 43 piano. Personale in ogni angolo e gentilissimo. Pranzo ottimo. Upgrade gratuito a suite di almeno 60 mq. Stanza da bagno con marmi neri, spettacolare.
