Sejour pas au top, nourriture pas bonne et pas varier du tout partiquement toujours la meme chose midi et soir, le personnel peut souriant, pas de respect entre les clients. Seul point positif le cadre et l’environement magnifique. Nius y retournerons jamais.

- The food is not bad it requires more options/variaty. - Under the bed is not clean in the room. - The room’s furniture is quite old. - The bath towels aren’t available on time. - The electricity shots down at least once a day. - The water flow is very low during peak time. - Overall the hotel needs renovation. Bel accueil , beau bungalow, setvice et gentillesse.

Hotel, acec un cadre magnifique ! Malheureusement gache par un manque de sérieux ! Restaurant nul ! Animations nul ! Hors mi ke karaoke 1 fois par semaine ! Banquier de l hotel , désagréables ! A limites du respect ! Employe ils font leurs possibles ! 👍 plage nettoyé mais mal ! Plage avec rocher dommage

Do not confuse 4* Tunisian with 4* UK or you will be bitterly disappointed. On arrival we were given a room in the hotel when I had booked a bungalow and had to go back to reception to ask to be moved to a bungalow. The hotel, bungalows and grounds badly need updating and the mattresses very firm leading to aching joints. Food not hot and very repetitive, drinks very limited and entertainment poor although this may be because it's low season. Staff ok but think they prefer the German and french guests who massively outnumbered us.

I most liked the sunset from the pier at the south of the island.

Alles in allem war es okay Ich würde meinen ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Für die vielen Abfälle außerhalb der Anlage auf ganz Djerba kann ich das Hotel nicht verantwortlich machen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotzdem werde ich vermutlich nicht mehr nach Djerba fliegen. Der Hauptgrund ist eigentlich abgesehen von den nicht enden wollenden Müllbergen die Art und Weise wie mit Touristen am Flughafen umgegangen wird. Sowohl bei der Ankunft wie auch beim Abflug vollkommen sinnfreie Warteschlangen. Man scheint es in Djerba darauf anzulegen einen möglichst schlechten ersten bzw. letzten Eindruck zu hinterlassen. Sorry, ich möchte nicht überheblich wirken, aber jeder so überhebliche Polizist, Zöllner usw. am Flughafen in Djerba profitiert, nein lebt sogar von dem Geld, welches die " schikanierten" Touristen ihnen bringen. Vielleicht begreifen aich sie es mal.

When I arrived, they tried to deceive me and give me a Bungalow, even though my reservation was a superior room. Then, there was negligence from the staff, as they poured kerosene on the floor, which caused me to slip and sustain serious injuries. Despite that, they did not pay any attention to the matter and did not provide any medical assistance.

Je ne comprend pas comment vous pouvez vendre ce type de hotel aupres de vos clients, services inexistant chambres deguelasse fournitures infectes nourritures inmangable ,dialogue de sourd avec les receptionistes jetais tres heureux de rentrer chez moi mer i expedia

A fuir une horreur cet établissement. Je n’ai fais que de m’engueuler avec eux. En premier on a du changer 3 fois de chambre ensuite on m’a dit que mon fils de 17 ans n’était pas payé mais comme j’ai envoyé un mail de 2 pages l’hôtel a fait un geste commercial et pour finir le jour de mon départ les vêtements de mon fils que j’avais donné à la gouvernante n’étaient pas prêts du coup j’ai raté mon taxi qui était là à 9h et là où j’ai pété un plomb c’est quand à la réception ils n’ont pas voulu m’appeler de taxi. J’avais très peur de rater mon avion à cause des vêtements qui n’avaient pas été remis en temps et en heure et du coup je criais tellement fort que le responsable a voulu m’appeler la police pour sabotage. Cela m’a bien fait rire mais bon c’est très dommage car c’est un hôtel qui avait une très bonne réputation et là il tombe en ruine avec des télés de 1960. Je n’y retournerai pas même si on m’offrait le séjour. A fuir je vous le dis ……… il ne mérite même pas les 2 étoiles et j’en ai fais des hôtels dans le monde entier. Enfin la prochaine fois j’irais dans un hôtel noté 8/10 au moins. Notre gouvernante Meriem était extraordinaire et les 2 dames dans la direction des amours. L’étoile que j’ai mis leur ait dédié

The staff cleaning were great food not so good limited choices seems like heated up left over food drink is so bad it is like drinking water from the tap if you are single or solo traveler i wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. It was so boring and out dated hotel never again

Certains serveurs sont pas respectueux ,moi et ma copine on été pas la bienvenue au restaurant ils nous laissent pas s’asseoir ou on veut nous change la place deux fois . Trop bizarre et pas professionnel et manque de respect envers les clients .et un monsieur viens nous demander si on a des bracelets c’était vraiment honteux. Service de table 0 personnellement je retourne plus . 0 étoiles pas 4 étoiles ça mérite pas de tout

We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet. With less then 20 dinars you can go everywhere on the island. Would definitely go back to Mouradi Djerba!

Good staff and service

Désagréable, ne respecte pas la clientèle. Chambre dans un sale état , sans réaction auprès du gouvernant relation clientèles , l’hôtel possède t’il une direction ?😅👌

Personnel de la réception et de la restauration complètement perché, pour qui vous prenez vous ? Comment pouvez vous remettre à vos clients des chambres dans cet état ? 4 étoiles non, plus maintenant… 1 étoile devrait suffit grâce à la piscine
