安娜酒店

I really enjoy staying Anna hotel not only because of the comfortable environment but also the passionate staff. I lost my backpack that my passport, camera and everything inside the first day I arrived Prague. Their staff especially for Janek help me do a lot to get back my backpack before I leave. This hotel is the prettiest one I have ever stay in Eastern Europe.

The receptionist is very helpful!!

不錯的地點，優雅的居住環境，很棒的餐廳及平實的早餐。一樓沒電梯，但二樓以上有電梯可上下。

以這價錢酒店位置及服務都超出了預期～

飯店位置方便,早餐也可以,但wifi只可在lobby,就有點不方便

十分滿意

客房設有浴缸，花灑水力強勁。有冷氣及升降機設備。鄰近小店有特色，小餐館價廉物美。獨欠大型超市。晚上11時後，沒有員工當值，旅客稍感不便。

客室は清潔でした。 場所も駅から歩ける距離にあり、交通も便利でした。 スタッフも感じが良かったです。 スーパーや飲食店も近隣にあり、便利でした。 ただ受付が2階にあり、階段で運ばなくてはいけたくて大変でした。

La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Les transports sont à proximité. Séjour parfait.

The breakfast had a good selection of local breakfast items. The staff also reached out to offer us a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel for a reasonable price. It was nice after our 8 hour long haul flight to get off and know we did not have to worry on how to get to the hotel. We also were able to get the same taxi to the train station which was not far away but was worth the cost due to our luggage. The hotel was also near public transportation and some great restaurants. We recommend The Pet Re which is right across the street which had an amazing seafood risotto along with U Houmra which was less than a 10 minute walk but offered traditional comfort foods. There we would recommend the potato dumplings if they are on their dinner special for the night.

Área tranquila mas bem próxima dos transportes públicos e fácil acesso ao centro. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Muito bom de uma forma geral, sem estacionamento (aliás é um problema de Praga). O que ficou estranho foi ter que pagar separado para ter o controle para usar o ar condicionado, nunca tinha visto isso.
