Large: die Large ist sehr zentral, direkt auf der Fußgängerzone, man kann jederzeit ausgehen, Restaurants, shops, Weihnachtsmärkte sind alle in der Nähe. Gleichzeitig auch Nachteil, da keine Parken-Möglichkeiten gehen sind. Man muss gegenüber dem Brücke kurz parken um Gepäck auszulagern. Danach fährt man ins Parkhaus auf dem Berg. Parkgebühr muss man mit ca. 20€ pro. Tag dazu rechnen. Personal : Personal sind ok, ich werde ehe "zurückhaltend" als unfreundlich sagen. Meisten sprechen sie sowohl English als auch deutsch. Meisten sind sie auch service orientiert. Grundsätzlich sind die Leute in Karlsbad auch nicht unbedingt sehr leidenschaftlich auf Besucher, ich denke, dass es einfach die Karakter die Menschen dort sind. Von daher sollte man nicht zu sehr dramatisieren. Zimmern: Design und Zimmern sind wunderschön, modern und Alt kombinieren, sehr schick, elegant und geschmackvoll Designs, für hotels ist das schon nicht übrig, echt ein Highlight! Sauna: Wunderschön, sind auch oft besucht, wenn es noch ein paar mehr Liegestühle gegeben sind, wäre es perfekt. Essen: Das Frühstück Buffet ist perfekt, kein Fastfood, man merkt schon, dass alles mit Liebe gekocht sind und sehr vielseitig, jedentag gibt es unterschiedliche essen. Obst, Gemüse sind auch da. Wir waren sehr begeistert. Was uns am besten gefallen war der Swimmingpool, Frühstück, das Familie Zimmer und der Design der Hotel. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werde wieder kommen. Dafür 5 Sterne! Danke für alles!!!

Leider war das gebuchte Zimmer (superior) im Dachgeschoss mit Schräge und das Bett zu klein,so dass ich nicht schlafen konnte.Ich durfte dann umziehen und dann hat’s gepasst. Würde bei neuer Buchung auf jeden Fall ein großes Zimmer buchen.

Friendly, helpful and very polite staff. Breakfast was better than expected. Pool was nice and modern and not too small considering the size of the hotel. My only gripe would be the carpet in the room, but that is a general matter of taste.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, hat aber keine Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Einziges Minus der Teppichboden. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Wir hatten uns allerdings für das Hotel entschieden, weil ein Pool (inklusive) vorhanden war. Bei Ankunft bekamen wir jedoch die Mitteilung an der Rezeption, dass das Pool geschlossen sei. Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer storniert und woanders gebucht. Aber so haben wir den vollen Preis bezahlt und konnten gar nicht baden. Bezahlt haben wir aber den vollen Preis zzgl. Extra Hund und Kurtaxe.

Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty. The rooms (we stayed in a standard room facing the back of the building) was lovely and large with a modern feel. The TV streams netflix, prime and a few more. We spent a couple of hours in the spa every day which is gorgeous. Lovely warm pool and two saunas to enjoy. It can get abit busy and there are not many seats but we didnt mind as we just went between the pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to Boutique hotel corso if we return to KV!

Tilava ja korkea huone. Hyvä sijainti. Kylpyläosasto pieni, mutta siisti. Aamupala monipuolinen. Bidee huoneessa positiivinen yllätys. Toisena iltana sauna oli kylmä eilä ollut aikaa odottaa, että lämpenee. Saunaosastolla ei olliut henkilökuntaa. Puhelin oli muttei numeroa, mihin soittaa ongelmasta.

Perfectly located for all the sights in Karlovy Vary. There is an excellent pizza place right next door which is a must try! The hotel is beautifully decorated, it feels very luxurious. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is good. I would have liked a bit more choice but what they serve is tasty. The rooms (we stayed in a standard room facing the back of the building) was lovely and large with a modern feel. The TV streams netflix, prime and a few more. We spent a couple of hours in the spa every day which is gorgeous. Lovely warm pool and two saunas to enjoy. It can get abit busy and there are not many seats but we didnt mind as we just went between the pool and sauna. We will definitely come back to Boutique hotel corso if we return to KV!

Tilava ja korkea huone. Hyvä sijainti. Kylpyläosasto pieni, mutta siisti. Aamupala monipuolinen. Bidee huoneessa positiivinen yllätys. Toisena iltana sauna oli kylmä eilä ollut aikaa odottaa, että lämpenee. Saunaosastolla ei olliut henkilökuntaa. Puhelin oli muttei numeroa, mihin soittaa ongelmasta.
