Great few days visiting Prague. Loved the hotel location, so many restaurant options and very safe and quiet. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The room was outdated with white blinds that allowed morning light to filter in. There was no table in the room. Toilet roll was so difficult to access behind your back when sat on the toilet. Room was cramped

Nice and cozy hotel.

The Hotel is very cosy and well maintained.Staff are very helpful and were very nice to us especialy Vlada which she helped us a lot . The buffet Breakfast was very tasty and with a good choice . The room was very spascious and also with lot of tv stations to choose from. There is also metro line A around the Block,to take you to city center in a few minutes which is very convenient. I do not suggest coming with a car unless you want to visit out of Prague.We asked the hotel staff to book the car space for us,otherwise it would have been very expensive . The only negative thing was that the bath was to high to enter and get out of it, and the cleaning of the room was not done properly during our stay (example the floor) But towels where always clean when we needed to change them. Also if you put another sheet on the bed will be more convenient.

Great older style hotel with easy access to transport to city centre or waking distance to shops. Great breakfast included and room was comfortable

The front desk staff is very courteous. The breakfast is excellent. The room is nice and roomy. Only thing is the bathtub, as mentioned by others. It’s really tall so climbing in and out one has to be very careful. I advise elderly people to avoid it because you can easily slip and fall. Another thing is that, like some other European hotels, the hallway and staircase are pitch dark. There are no motion sensor lights. We have to turn on our cell phone light to navigate. The hotel is located in sort of nowhere. So the price is reasonable. We took an Uber back from Old Town and it cost about $10. From the hotel to airport is $25. Because Uber is cheap, it’s worthwhile to live at this hotel for the price, because you can Uber everywhere. It does take about 15 mins to Old Town though. Overall a nice stay.

Charming hotel. I have stayed at this location four times. Attentive staff. Large, clean, well appointed room. Close to the Metro and trams, restaurants. I will be back.

Thanks for the service. Staff was very helpful Thumbs up to Vlada for all her help . I would probably like to have a different choice in tub shower instead of curtain as if you are not careful the water sprays everywhere and the curtain is not sufficient. Breakfast was quite nice

Great hotel and appropriate for the price. Service was great, particularly since they spoke English. Breakfast was varied and good, room was comfortable overall, and the hotel was conveniently located near a metro station.

Only one negative and that is the lack of a real bar area. Everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again in future. Great staff, wonderful breakfast with extensive choice and great transport links. 12 minutes into old town by team! Loved it as dud my friends.

This was my second stay at the Fleur des Lis. I am returning to stay in the hotel in October. This is a lovely small hotel in Vinohradská, one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Prague. The staff here are so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend it.

Very nice stylish hotel, well located in a nice suburb of Prague. Close to public transport and a shopping complex. Very helpful staff. The only negative thing was that the android TV didn't work properly on Czech channels. It was known but couldn't be fixed.

Very nice and elegant small hotel in a district with very good looking houses, but fortunately away from places invaded by tourists. Still it is not too far away from the center as plenty of tram lines are available, and also the metro A which connects the center with a few stops. My room was clean and looked elegant, with a huge king bed. Breakfast is excellent, it is even better than on the pictures, the food is varied from day to day, and there are always both hot and cold choices available which are replenished frequently. There is plenty to choose from, including items that are not so common in breakfast offerings, like fried chicken breast, waffles, donuts, etc. Coffee was also very good. The smart doorknob on the outside door looks very cool, and open the door only if correct code is given, so strangers cannot enter the hotel (you get a code at check in with which you can open the door at night) Only little drawback was the waiting for hot water when bathing, water needs about 1 minute to get hot, and it was also strange that a sign said to towels are only cleaned if put on the ground... I wanted to be eco-friendly and keep the towels for next day, so I kept them on the hanger, but still they were taken away an cleaned. However, these were jut very minimal inconveniences, I would happily choose this hotel again when coming to Prague next time

The hotel is charming. The staff is very attentive and friendly, which is not always the norm in Czech hotels. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
