Beyond Great. An Exceptional Stay! I was a little hesitant at first because my wife wanted to book the Fairmont, but I decided to give this hotel a try, and I couldn’t be happier that we did. It exceeded every expectation, and it turned to be a better location. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mahmoud, the Reception Manager. He accommodated all of our requests and offered us an upgrade to the Executive Lounge for a small additional fee. It was absolutely worth it! The lounge included snacks and drinks throughout the day, as well as spa access. What truly impressed us, though, was Mahmoud’s exceptional hospitality. He remembered our names throughout our stay and always took the time to check in with us whenever we were in the lobby. That level of personalized service felt worthy of a Michelin-star experience. The restaurant manager whose name I unfortunately can’t remember was equally wonderful, always welcoming us with a genuine smile and making every meal even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is luxurious, peaceful, impeccably maintained, and staffed by people who genuinely care about their guests. Every interaction made us feel valued. I also highly recommend adding breakfast when making your reservation. It is well worth the cost. The selection is outstanding, with an excellent variety of hot and cold dishes, a made to order omelet station, and something for everyone. The location couldn’t be better. 超讚！入住可享用Executive lounge客房，可享用免費高速wifi,早餐及下午茶小吃及飲品，晚上6:00後還有酒類供應，員工服務有禮及體貼周到，鄰近有大購物商場，對面有超級市場，日式麫店及Casino (不過冇人玩，得職員）到各景點都很方便，到Metro站行一分鐘（其實就係對面馬路）

歷史悠久的酒店，地點一流，近車站，在火藥塔旁邊。酒店職員友善，能夠信賴，提供合適的建議。我們早上6點半到酒店，7點就可以分配好房間「原本是2點check in」。房間整潔寬敞，設備齊全，locker，雪櫃都有，但沒有牙膏牙刷，拖鞋。早餐都可以，選擇比較少，可能是文化不同吧。 因為未有去酒店泳池及健身室，不能評論。 推薦大家這間酒店，總體是不錯的五星級酒店。
