Old fashioned hotel in good shape. Personal was ok. City is nice, and lot of good options to eat.

Extremely large clean room, friendly staff. Ideal location within walking distance of train station. Near town square, close to restaurants. Good breakfast. Nice touches with period furniture in lounge, hallways and dining room.

I was there for obscene extreme festival. The hotel was nice as well as those working there. It was convenient as not too far from train station as well as the fest grounds.

Located literally a half a minute's walk from the market square, with everything needed to get by within walking distance. Rather old-fashioned but well-kept and friendly. Tasty breakfast, parking available.

Rooms are small and spartan but very clean. Tv was steam driven. Food was good. Clearing breakfast away was a little too efficient. Location fine. Reception staff very helpful. Overall ok as low cost.

Zu Fuß Einkaufsmöglichkeit erreichbar. Schöne Altstadt mit Marktplatz und Brunnen . Schönes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank . Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder

Neat room with fridge. Good breakfast. You can park your car in front of the door or at the back (closed with a gate).

아드르슈파흐 가기전날 숙박용으로 좋습니다. 객실문 열쇠는 쇠열쇠인데 잠금해제후 약간 힘을더 줘서 돌려야 열립니다. 열쇠로만 문이열립니다. (객실문 손잡이는 그냥 지지용입니다.)

Sehr, sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Bezug vom Zimmer sehr unangenehmer Geruch (evt. scharfe Putzmittel). Bett war sehr gut, Bad war toll, Teppich im Zimmer, auf dem Foto vom gebuchten Zimmer kein Teppich. Trotz Lift einige Treppenstufen mit Koffer zu überwinden. Sehr warm im Zimmer. Keine Klima, kein Ventilator, wenn Fenster geöffnet ist (musste sein bei der Wärme) war die Pflasterstrasse sehr laut.

Helt Ok hotell med Ok frukost. Snyggt och prydligt. Ingen luftkonditionering. Totalt bra värde för pengarna. Bra vandringsområde med befästningar.

For biz trip purpose, always chose this hotel. No alternative in old town.

This hotel is simply not worth the 4 stars. There is no bar or table, where you can sit and work. There is no possibility for coffee in the hotel outside breakfast, and there is only 2 small bottles of water to drink. The furniture and the bed are not comfortable. In general it is clean and the staff is friendly, but i expected a lot more from a 4 star hotel.

Im Bad fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kosmetikartikel. Bettwäsche riecht stark nach Waschmittel. Zuviel Duftstoffe in der Raumluft, besonders in den Fluren. Kein eigenes Restaurant.

Moc pěkný hotel v samotném srdci Trutnova. Parkování možnona vlastním parkovišti. Výborná snídaně, příjemná obsluha, ticho, spokojenost.

Sehr gut, nur leider bekam ich Einzelbetten, daß war anders geplant, aber super Zimmer, neu und sauber
