Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern ausgestattet und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mit der Buchung eines Auto-Stellplatzes, war die Anreise sehr unkompliziert. Zu Fuß etwa 30 Minuten in die City oder 10€ mit dem Bolt-Taxi

Nice enough hotel. Check in was a bit laborious. I was with a group of 16 but it seemed to take an age to get everyone checked in with city tax and €80 security fee (which you get back) on top of it

Was nicht ok war es ist kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Wir hatten auf dem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage. Die war defekt. Anscheinend in allen Zimmern so nur komisch das es aber unten an der Anmeldung immer kühl war nur nicht auf den Zimmern. Dann wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht obwohl wir das Schild vor der Tür hängen hatten bitte säubern. Es wurde nur das Bett gemacht sonst Nix. Das Bad sah immer noch so aus als wir das Hotel am Morgen verlassen hatten. Dann waren aufm Bett viele schwarze kurze Haare sowas geht gar nicht. Von anderen hörten wir die hatten kein Heiß Wasser und konnten somit nicht richtig duschen. Zu dem wurde nie die Bar aufgefüllt also ich werde diese Unterkunft auf keinen Fall weiter empfehlen.

Worth paying for a room upgrade if you can. We had a good sized room, with huge bed on Floor 6 with a balcony. Hotel left a small bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday which was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel in good location, very quiet. 10 minute walk to the Metro which was so easy (and cheap!) to use to get to the Old Town. Convenient shop next door to hotel and atm machine in lobby was very handy. Didnt use the bar but it didnt look staffed a lot of the time. Only two negatives. Breakfast was quite basic, no croissants or pastries, lack of fruit choices to go with yogurt, limited hot food choices, poor coffee, not 4 star selection in my opinion. Nice modern bathroom but bath/shower quite high to climb into, could do with a grab rail nearby for safety measure. Overall, a good hotel in a great location and I would stay again.

The room was really nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. They did their best to help.

Die Lage ist super und vor allem ruhig. Frühstück ist alles da was man braucht, aber ausbaufähig. Zimmer sind sauber, dem Preis angemessen, aber etwas mehr Stauraum wäre nötig. Auch dass man eine 80 Euro Kaution im Vorraus zahlen muss und erst einige Tage später wieder bekommt, nachdem das Zimmer auf Schäden überprüft wurde oder ob man etwas von der Minibar hatte, sollte direkt kommuniziert werden. Es stand nur ganz klein bei Besonderheiten. Was wir leider auch nicht so besonders fanden, war die Kommunikation im Hotel allgemein. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption wirken uninformiert, noch nicht eingearbeitet und lassen leider auch Umgangsformen vermissen. Auch das Personal im Frühstücksraum könnte zumindest einen guten Morgen wünschen. Noch einen Zusatz zu den Zimmern. Leider sind sie wahnsinnig hellhörig zum Gang hin und einige der Zwischentüren zum Gang schlagen mit einem solchen Knall ins Schloss, dass man direkt im Bett sitzt. Da sollte man nachbessern.

The property is nice , a quiet area with nice restaurants and coffee shops but far away from the main attractions and public transportation. The included breakfast is very good. The room has a good size, good bed and separate shower from the toilet. Very recommended

Quiet hotel close to everything you could need!

So close to everything

We like all your property but the pillow needs to be changed. We recommend to put two different pillows every person in the bedroom, so the customer can choise his/her perfect accomodation. All the rest Is beautiful. Thanks

Personale gentile, colazione abbondante e camere pulite

Schönes ausreichendes Frühstück, nettes Personal, ruhige Lage. Im Hotel im Zimmer drin ist leider immer wieder etwas laut (wegen Abwasserung oder Aufzug, kA) und unser Zimmer für 3 Personen (deluxe /doppelt) war an wich schon sehr kleiner als man es sich vorstellt, und Schlafsofa war leider sehr unbequem, Hauptbett war bequem, Dekokissen mit vielen merkwürdigen Flecken. WC/Dusche sauber und renoviert. Leider nur Seife Klopapier vorhanden im Bad, in vielen Hotels gleicher Kategorie findet man schampoo /Lotions etc. Auch kein richtiger Mini Kühlschrank im Zimmer (stand in der Beschreibung bei Expedia) , sondern nur Minibar was man natürlich gegen Aufpreis nützen könnte.

Lovely hotel, nicely positioned in a quiet area but close enough to the tram and metro stations and more importantly all tourist attractions. The hotel was nicely furnished throughout, rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was very good although the layout of the food in the breakfast areas was a little disjointed. The overall hotel experience was very good and we would not hesitate to stay there again. The hotel was also close to lots of restaurants and food places, so easy to spend the day sightseeing and then call into a restaurant on the way back to the hotel. We walked to most of the tourist attractions, all of which were within a 15-30 minute walk from the hotel. So for us the hotel was absolutely perfect!
