The reception is nice

Hotel overall was rather dated. However, it was nice inside and the staff were helpful when you needed them and very courteous. The only downfall we found with this hotel, was the noise at night. The walls a paper thin, if you're a light sleeper then this will not be the place for you. We did have pretty inconsiderate hotel guests on our floor who thought it was perfectly ok to make as much noise as they could, and at anytime of the night, talking loudly, walking between hotel rooms to chat to friends or family members who were staying in other rooms. The doors slam so loud when they close, you can hear conversations next door, literally any small amount of noise you can hear. Even people using the toilet in the night the walls are that thin. We had to ask reception if they could ask our joinging neighbor to stop the noise one night at around 2am. The hotel is in a really great location for everything and the staff were great. But like i said if you like sleep and don't like noise at night whilst your trying to sleep, then I'd look elsewhere.

Staff were great but the noise in the room 221 was absolutely awful. You can hear everything in the next room like they are in your room i dont think this was intentional but even when I complained you could hear then talking.

Our stay was very nice. Good location and the reception staff were friendly. The room was clean and warm. The shower needs to be upgraded. Toiletries provided, as well as tea and coffee, but no milk for the tea and only one creamer per coffee. We found our room very noisy. The walls are very thin so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The noise was caused by other guests, not road/traffic noise.

Trevligt äldre hotel, som ligger nära till det mesta. Bra frukost, spårvagnen går utanför, man hör dem men vi stördes inte av det.

Hyggelig hotell, romslige rom og god seng.

Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Her beslenme türüne hitap ediyordu. Güne enerjik başlamak için güzeldi. Hergün oda temizliği için geliyorlardı. Fakat çarşafları hiç değiştirmediler. Kahve - çay yenileniyordu. İlk gün su ikramı vardı. Genel görüntü, çarşaflar temiz. Oda kış mevsimine göre sıcacıktı. Yataklar döndükçe ses yapıyordu. Tuvalet banyo temizdi. Personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Fakat çocukla geldiyseniz gezilecek yerlere ortalama 18 dak yürümek gerekiyor. Günün belli bölümü gezip otele geri dönmek ve tekrar çıkmak yorucu olabiliyor. Prag yürüyerek gezilmesi gereken bir yer fakat otel gezilecek yerlere yakın olsaydı daha az yorucu olurdu. Bu fiyata çok farklı seçenekler var. Önünden tramvay geçiyor. Fakat durak 350 m. kadar yürüme mesafesinde. Bir anlamı kalmıyor.
