We received a splendid service from the hotel, especially from the front desk staff who have tried their best to ensure each of our request is catered. The location is super convenient, too!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. All staff are so friendly, we had a wonderful staying there, for sure will stay here again if we ever come back to Prague. Strongly recommended.

Allt var bra förutom sista dagens frukost då personalen inte förstod vår beställning. Troligen brist på engelskakunskaper.

New hotel so everything is clean and tidy. Only downside is that the drain in bathtub is very slow - if you have the shower on full blast you'd be standing in ankle-deep water for a long time. Otherwise the hotel is in a quiet location, still within short walking distance to the main old town. All the staff are excellent.

Lovely hotel, great quiet location - in easy reach of lots of places. Staff friendly and attentive. Rooms were lovely, loved the free mini bar and luxury products. Would definitely recommend

Muy amables al check in y en general todo el staff muy servicial. La habitación muy limpia y cómoda. El desayuno muy rico.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren grundsätzlich wie beschrieben, sauber und sehr schön. Obwohl wir bereits im Februar gebucht haben… haben wir leider Zimmer mit kleinen Fenstern unter dem Dach bekommen.

The property and staff were excellent. Room was clean and well decorated. The one negative was the breakfast that although good, was overpriced in my opinion especially when you can get a good breakfast for much cheaper, just as good and close by. We paid almost $90CAD for two people for just one day. Also, the service was somewhat lacking. One morning we never had a server approach us with a menu so we settled for the buffet. The second morning we had to ask our server if we could order after waiting for some time.

The hotel is in a great central location and our room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
