Hotel ok, miła obsługa, smaczna kawa i śniadanko,dobrze usytuowany, na minus brak klimatyzacji, ogólnie polecamy

Foi tudo bem e tranquilo. Gostamos muito, eu e meu filho. Só houve o fato de não ter café da manhã incluso e isto não estava claro na reserva. Para fazer a inclusão... foi caro. 8 euros/pessoa/dia. Aumentou bem o preço da diária. Aí a economia feita foi perdida. No mais, tudo muito bom.

Staff is so rough. Woman in the kitchen even doesn't know English. And they spoke about us in Czech language, we did not understand.

Personale per niente cordiale, comfort delle camere pessimo, colazione offerta sotto la media per un 3 stelle . Pubblicizzano la disponibilità di parcheggio ma omettono di dire che é a pagamento, in strada😡

Comfortable enough hotel. It just seemed as though nothing worked. No wifi, no beer at reception, and the location is barely anything to rave about.

Der einzige Vorteil dieses Hotels ist der recht günstige Preis. Leider merkt man dies dann auch bei der Qualität des Hotels an allen Ecken und Enden. Auf dem Zimmerboden war noch sehr viel Schmutz, als ob das Zimmer nicht gesaugt wurde. Die Kissen auf dem Bett waren schmutzig. Der Zimmerservice war auch nicht jeden Tag in dem Zimmer. Die Dusche hatte nur einen sehr schwachen Wasserstrahl und keine konstante Temperatur. Beim Frühstück wurden nur die billigsten Sachen angeboten. Die eigentlich obligatorische Frage beim Check-Out ob es gefallen hat blieb auch aus, das Hotel wird schon wissen warum ... Der einzige Vorteil ist wirklich nur die sehr gute Lage nah zur Metro, trotzdem würde ich hier nicht noch einmal übernachten. Gebt lieber ein paar Euro mehr aus für ein besseres Hotel!

The location of the Hotel is Great! Near to the Metro Station C where you can easily find your way to the old town of prague! The staff is very Friendly and nice! The Hotel is not luxury but it was enough for someone who needed a place to be safe and to rest After exploring the City! All in all i would go there again :)

Good, reliable Wi-Fi. Very close to public transportation. Shower a little small. The beds were hard, a little uncomfortable. Great staff. Very friendly and accommodating with my needs/requests; allowed me to have a late check-out. Breakfast buffet ok, not too many items for selection.

This hotel looks much less nicer than in the photos. And it's a very old hotel with a decent lobby but super crammed room and the bathroom as small as a cruise ship bath room. The beds were not even real mattresses but like sleeper sofas. Very firm very uncomfortable. Also when we booked on hotels.con it said we'd have a balcony but we were too tired to argue. Maybe I should have and maybe we would have had an upgrade. However it was clean and staff was super friendly.

Kyllä on hotellin kolme tähteä pahasti haalistuneet ajan saatossa. Mielestäni vain yhden tähden arvoinen. Positiivista oli henkilökunnan hyvä englannin kielen taito. Negatiivista löytyy vaikka kuinka alkaen ettei ravintola ollut edes auki heinäkuun puolessa välissä. Lattia aivan kaameassa kunnossa. Suihkun lattia oli kulunut niin ettei enää emalia ollut jalkojen kohdalla. Vessapaperitelineeksi oli vuoltu puutappi, jossa oli ruuvit päissä, että pysyy telineessä. Savuton huone jossa oli valmiiksi tupankantumpit parvekkeella tuhkakupissa edellisen asiakkaan jäljiltä.
