Overall is good especially my package include breakfast

The location is great. You can easily take the tram and metro. The breakfast was good, however, there were too many people and it’s not easy to get a place. Another thing is that there was no hot water for shower in the first night and we had to wait till the next morning. Apart from that, everything was good for me.

地點不錯，鄰近各個景點。酒吧很方便，晚上肚子餓有點心飲料，吧台調酒師熱情友善，超棒。唯一遺憾的是我們入住無障礙房間，浴室乾濕分離並不完善，洗澡很不方便。

The location of the hotel is great; all attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean. Staffs were nice. One point to note is that it is a bit noisy at night since there are bars around.

Clean & tidy in the room and all around the hotel.

It's located in old town and nearby the river. About 10 minutes walk to the Charles bridge and the public transportation is just nearby the hotel and only 3 minute walk to the subway or tram station.

Not hard to find, locate at a quiet area and it is very accessible so that you can easily reach different areas. the room is huge even for a single room, nice buffet breakfast included, quite a nice experience

行去查理橋只需20 分鐘，樓下有個餐廳吃傳統捷克菜可以一試，附近也有酒吧供消遣。服務人員英語良好。早餐還可以，不過人較多，難找枱子，尤其人多

Camera essenziale e pulita, personale cordiale. La colazione, seppur piuttosto ricca di scelte saltate, non si può altrettanto dire delle scelte dolci (che sono presenti ma in minoranza). Hotel comodissimo per muoversi a piedi e in ogni caso il tram è a due passi.

Hotel bacana, quarto bem ok, mas café da manhã….poderia ser melhor.

Great hotel in a great location. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection that’ll last you until dinner. Also a very quiet location but lots of restaurants and bars close by. Highly recommended.

It was so good

The hotel is located close to the old town squre and Charles Bridge, the room is clean but the bed's mattress needs to be changed.

Triple room was big and roomy. Enjoyed the small bottle of sparkling white wine. Easy to walk to Old Town. There are restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Quarto é amplo e moderno. Mas havia um cheiro de esgoto no banheiro que nos incomodou bastante. Nossas filhas estavam no quarto ao lado que o banheiro tinha o mesmo problema. A equipe que cuidava do serviço de café da manhã era extremamente mal educada. Às 10h eles apagavam as luzes e eram super hostis para que que saíssemos do refeitório. A localização do Hotel é boa, mas a experiência de modo geral não foi boa. Não voltaria ao Hotel.

Fine hotel, the beds in room 411 was to soft but a nice room. Breakfast was nice but the scrambled eggs should not be mixed with mushrooms.

Excellent location for walking to all the impotant parts of tbe old city.
