clean and quite environment

It's a big room and pretty clean.

雖然距離高堡非常非常的近，但是這間飯店距離火車站、電車站只有咫尺之隔，晚上睡覺時，冰箱、或是櫃子都會因為火車經過而震動，對淺眠的人來說非常煎熬。除此之外，我入住的第二天，還遇到了一位態度不佳的服務人員。我想確認前一晚的房價我是否付得正確（因為兩晚預定方式不一樣），她回覆因為每天的房價都會有變動，所以她不知道。我請她去查詢，她卻不斷說她怎麼知道前晚房價、甚至問我 ‘how?' 我很好奇，他們的員工究竟有受到良好訓練嗎？查詢前一晚的房價有很困難嗎？如果不知道要怎麼查的話，應該也不是反問客人要怎麼查吧？ 另外，這間飯店雖然看似中等飯店，我住的單人房內卻沒有熱水壺，有點覺得付這錢還沒熱水器可喝熱水怪心酸的。

Nice scenic, nearby riverside of Vysehrad. Just 5 tram stations from downtown. Very reasonable price with breakfast.

Room was good size and adequate for overnight stay, but generally it was tired and needing some repairs. Tv wasn't working and there was no remote control in the room, balcony was dirty, covered in birds poo, shower rail in the shower coming off the wall, bathroom mirror light didn't work and bathroom ceiling light hanging off the ceiling. Also very few sockets in the room. Good location for city centre and main rail station. Overall, the maintenance standard was disappointing for a 4* hotel.

エアコンのつけ方がわかりませんでしたが、基本的には、清潔で快適でした。場所もトラムのすぐそばで、静かな落ち着いたところでした。

Good hotel with a restaurant and professional staff

This is a very good cheap option for staying in Prague. If you're there for the city centre, there is a door to door tram service which takes about 20 minutes to the centre. If you are there for the Congress Centre, it's ten minutes' walk away. The hotel was clean, my room was very spacious and fresh, and the staff were helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering, and the only downside is that the bar/restaurant which shares the site and is supposed to function as the breakfast and dining option, keeps erratic opening hours. It is great when it is open, but do not rely on it being open at the advertised hours. There is a fridge in the rooms and a Lidl five minutes away, so nobody needs to starve.

Nice hotel with good connections to the centre of Prague. Unfortunately there were construction works outside the hotel during our stay, which lead to some unconvinience. Besides that me and my friend are satisfied and would recommend the hotel to our friends and relatives :)

Friendly little hotel. Good connections to city of Prague. Good breakfast and fast service at hotels lovely restaurant. Little shops and also local pub just outside.

Reasonable price and room condition. Good location for public transportation. Didn't make up rooms everyday.

Worst personnel for a 4 star

The hotel is not a 4 star hotel. It lack breakfast buffet.
