Good service, good location, near bus/tram/Metro station, nice & beautiful hotel.

It is great to have 24-hour reception service as we arrived Prague at late night. The room is big and the staff is very nice. 5 mins walk from metro. Breakfast is well prepared. There are not too many restaurants near hotel but it is convenient to take metro or tram to city centre for the meal.

Most facilitates were out of order, such as washing machine, television and wardrobe . The staff only replied us which were out of order, they had not arrange any repair or exchange room for us . We were stayed 4 night at this hotel. The breakfast was ok. The location is convenient.

入住的這一天，是我們從布達佩斯大點移動到布拉格的第一站，行李很多十分重，路面的石頭路讓我們搬運行李的過程格外辛苦，更別說從布拉格火車站到飯店，一路都是上坡，當我們好不容易抵達飯店時，才經飯店人員口述得知，原本應該入住的房間，已遭受損，無法入住，只好安排我們到另一間飯店入住(並向我們說明是同一家公司的飯店)，替我們叫了一輛計程車。在第一時間協助客人的服務品質很好，但是為何不能盡到提前告知的義務呢?聽服務人員的說明，房間受損應該是幾天前的事了，應該可以E-mail跟我們連繫，讓我們在第一時間抵達布拉格時就可以直接前往新的入住地址。到了新的飯店後，櫃台人員給了我們一間附有小廚房的房間，整體尚可，但像是還沒有準備好的房間，臨時把我們安排進去。少了浴室腳踏布，淋浴的蓮蓬頭架已老化無法固定，使用時一不小心就會濺濕浴室地板，櫃台服務雖是24小時，但往往無法顧及小地方的服務，有待加強。早餐豐富，但咖啡機的品質很差，若需喝到一杯真的咖啡，得額外付費購買。早餐餐廳座位很壅擠，餐廳服務人員忙不過來補餐盤時，還大聲對著一名老人喊:"借過"，讓我留下很深刻的印象。

建物は基本木でつくられており、欧州らしい感じがしました。これも関係していると思うのですが、壁が薄かったのか、隣室の話し声が筒抜けでした。部屋に籠っているわけではないので問題はありませんでした。洗面浴室はよく清掃がされていました。シャワーヘッドが固定できなかったのはマイナスです。

The staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was cleaned everyday, the location is the best in town. Highly recommended.

J’ai tout aimé de cet hôtel! Chambre spacieuse, lit très confortable; emplacement parfait (devant un charmant parc et à pied d’une station de métro). Le déjeuner buffet est extrêmement varié, frais, généreux et délicieux!

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. U-Bahn und Straßenbahn unweit vom Hotel und zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten in der Altstadt.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to a variety of restaurants, a metro station, a tram stop, and a couple of supermarkets. The included breakfast was different every day, and we both found it tasty. I especially enjoyed the desserts. The room itself and bathroom were spacious. But they could use a bit refurbishing. The doors and floor were creaky. The space of the shower cabin was rather limited and there was no place for hand towels near the sink.

Price was comparable to UK equivalent. Room got fairly hot if you didn't have the air conditioning on but it was a loud system so you chose between sleep and cold effectively. Breakfast was fine, service very good though, pleasant front desk staff who were happy for you to leave key behind each night and luggage after check out, very handy. Rooms could be a bit cleaner but some of that is down to some of them maybe needing some modernising. Kettle leaked a bit, no big deal, plugs are quite a distance from bed for charging. Close to several public transport links but still a quiet area but note that Tram 13 doesn't operate fully with the construction works. Overall, a fine stay, it did what was required.

Hotelli oli kuvauksen mukainen. Huone oli siisti ja aamupala hyvä. Lentokentältä pääsi yhdellä vaihdolla liki hotellin ovelle. Ehdottomat suositukset hotellille.

Fantastic and oldschool hotel.

A nice place to stay! Tidy rooms, good and friendly service. Very good breakfast with good alternatives and local specialities! A bit far from the old town, thoygh beautifule surroundings and easy taxi drive access!

Such a lovely stay at La Fenice. The staff was kind, our room was very lovely and sweet. Easy to walk around to many sites in Prague as well as access transit (tram, train). Breakfast had many options. We would absolutely stay here again!
