From the moment we walked in we loved it. Olga was brilliant and we felt very welcome. Rooms lovely, hotel very convenient for most of the main tourist areas. The secret garden bar was fantastic - we just loved it and would highly recommend. You even get a free glass of Prosecco, wine or beer on arrival.
The only thing we would recommend is to get some firmer pillows, they were so so soft which didn’t suit us.

Excellent value for money. Staff are very kind and make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is very atmospheric and a nice place to chill and relax. Food menu is superb and we just loved the complementary popcorn whenever we sat down for a drink. Facilities are clean and aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend and stay agin!

The only thing we would recommend is to get some firmer pillows, they were so so soft which didn’t suit us.

Beautiful building, with a helpful, welcoming staff. The restaurant was quaint with a truly beautiful and delicious breakfast buffet. The area is conveniently close to the tram (1 block). Truly a great experience.

All of the staff were exceptional and went out of their way to make my stay amazing.
The hotel room was perfection probably the best facilities I’ve stayed in where everything is excellent. Wonderful breakfast and wonderful massage. Cannot fault anything. Would love to stay again.

I can't say enough good thing, I stayed for a couple of night and the staff was so accommodating. My flight was late coming into Prague so I checked in late, they were so helpful. It's in a great location, plenty of food spots nearby and I felt safe. The room was very comfortable, and the amenities were great too. I had breakfast at the hotel one of the days and it was fantastic, so many options.

Amazing hotel! Such good value for money, so clean and nicely decorated. Every member of staff we came across were so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Location is amazing and so close to transport and the main areas of Prague. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, the common areas were quite lively and staff very friendly. They even made up our room much later in the day even after not asking for it. It's a really nice property, I would recommend to anyone. Also well located as it's within walking distance to most attractions in the city.
