The staff are exceptionally accommodating, and the building's prime location offers convenient access to various amenities and efficient public transportation. While occasional noise from other guests can be a minor inconvenience, this is not a reflection of the management's excellent service. Overall, my experience was very positive.

離火車站同 old town都需要 15分鐘左右嘅路程， 但房間算大，早餐尚可， 只是暖氣係auto, 有時覺得冷， 跟足 instructions 都冇法 turn on, 要等佢 atuo on呀

WOW~Bene is changed. This was my second time live here. The room is renewed, clean and big. There is a microwave is the room. The bathroom is nice too but the mirror inside is too high for me. Breakfast is diversity and delicious. They provide hot soup for breakfast and I love it! And Bene residence is only 7 mins by walk to the old square. I booked one day before so I got a good price only 44 euros for this time booking. I think it's a really cheap price and so satisfied. There is a luggage room for guest to use not only before check in also check out.
這是我第二次入住Bene，第一次是去年，我只能說Bene變得真棒!房內都重新裝修過，房間寬敞乾淨舒適，還有小冰箱跟微波爐可以使用，房內的衛浴設備也又大又新，總之這一次住房體驗非常滿意。早餐也比以前更多選擇，竟然還供應熱湯!真是非常得亞洲旅客的心!飯店內有行李房，不管是入住前還是退房都可以使用，是免費的!員工非常友善且禮貌。Bene離舊城廣場步行大約7分鐘可達，如果你跟我一樣，來到捷克必買波丹尼，選Bene就對了，因為買完可以馬上將戰利品放回房間再繼續出門玩!

Residence Bene is located in downtown Prague. Although it is not comparable to international hotel standards, it provides a clean and spacious room at reasonable price. Breakfast is free. Really good value.

The room is acceptable but can be better. There is no coffee or tea bag in the room.
The reception gave me the room key to check in earlier than the check in time.
Breakfast is acceptable.
Location is great.
My room door is so hard to open by the key. I need to try several times to open my door.

Lo que más valoro es la buena ubicación, a 5 minutos a pie del reloj astronómico y muy cerca del tranvía, zona tranquila. Muchas opciones para cenar en las inmediaciones.
El hotel es básico pero correcto. Me gustó la opción de habitación familiar con capacidad para 5 personas. Buena limpieza. Incluye desayuno en el precio, aunque es bastante mejorable. En general buena calidad precio para la zona en la que se encuentra.

Lovely breakfast, helpful staff but very uncomfortable bed, only one very flat pillow too. Very hot rooms, couldn’t find the heating adjustment. Stale smell of smoke despite being non smoking room. Very noisy, loud voices, can hear the people above.
