Avarage.Little food options. The pool and bath tub look much bigger and nicer on pictures then in reality. There were exelent people doing procedures, specially massages

Great quiet location. A bit of a walk to the town center. Great overall!

The property was good, but reaching there was hard. They don’t have any shuttle or other transportation for clients. The stuff doesn’t speak good English. It was hard to find doctors there to get some procedures.

Great hot l- location walking to center really fast; device very good; great breakfast, clean, nice people and amazing swimming pool. Will go back there for sure!!

I loved this hotel. It was a short bus ride away from Karlovy Vary centre and a world away in terms of peace and quiet. I had a comfortable room in Green House. Staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. And the tunnels! I loved the tunnels. It added a bit of mystery to the hotel.

We been very satisfied with everything

Hotel is clean, in good location, on bus routes and walking distance to old town , beautiful surroundings, quiet area. It is very convenient to have a pool with thermal water, hot tub and sauna in hotel. Food is delicious, great variety and different from day to day.

Nice hotel, in a quiet area and in the middle of the nature. We liked the idea that the property building is divided in 3 areas. Not very easy to reach if not with the car. The public transport consists in a bus not too frequent and going up by foot from the city is difficult if you’re carrying luggages. The areas are spacious and the room too even though I would plan some renovation considering the rates applied. We really appreciated the free entry to the spa and the dining buffet option. The breakfast was quite variegated. Finally we considered a little excessive a 40€ per hour late check out option.

Price is right. Saunas and pool is excellent. Very good, fresh, homemade food at restorants

Overall the property was nice. We didn't realize there was three properties (Blue, Red, Green houses) when we booked it. The underground walk ways made it easier to navigate as it was pretty easy to go from the Green to Blue house for dinner and to the Red house for the swimming pool. We stayed in the Green house and the rooms were pretty dated but were spacious. The dinner buffet was not the best and the hours didn't really lend to flexibility. The bar at the Green house was nice as was the bartender. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is big but quite old. Spa offer nothing except large swimming pool

The hotel is definitely not 4stars. Small rooms, no air conditioning. No daily cleaning. The place advertise itself as pet friendly but has extremely high charges for pets.

Excellent service, the swimming pool is a plus, and the best breakfast.

They have to change bed , pillow and blanket ( too small size)

Amenities advertised don’t all exist or are closed (no babysitting, several spa options). Facility is tired. Food quality low. Service not very friendly.

Beautiful location, friendly stuff Not too many people speak English especially the front desk

We had a nice stay. I would not describe any aspect of the hotel as excellent or 4*, but we had a relaxing stay. The room was fine, breakfast was good. The restaurant and cafe/bar close early. The best part of the trip was the spa/wellness area. The spa reception staff were very helpful and nice. Vladimir is a professional and we enjoyed his aqua walking class and sauna ceremonies. Vladimir was wonderful. He was our favorite person! Matuška worked hard to keep the pool area in good condition.
