Nice hotel, pool was warm and relaxing. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hamburger was good, the chicken salad wasn't.

Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded.
When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-)
I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward.
The food was nicely presented as tasted ok.
The spa area was really great. It was clean and nice!
Also with mentioning that they gave us a bucket with champagne, that’s awesome (but we don’t drink alcohol)

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön und sehr luxuriös. Es gibt Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Auch die Zimmerausstattung war Top und alles war sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist sehr einladend, nur sind etwas wenige Liegen vorhanden. Das Essen am Pool war in Ordnung, aber das Frühstück war wirklich grandios. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber so lecker und vielseitig waren es schon lange nicht mehr - Weltklasse!
