Fabulous hotel — it’s my favorite five-star place in Bucharest! I wouldn’t hesitate to come back over and over again. The rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, and the bar is excellent. The pool, sauna, and spa are really nice, and the staff at reception couldn’t be more helpful. This was my third stay at this hotel, and I’m certain I’ll keep coming back.

The internet was down for our entire stay. Small cup of coffee at breakfast was $ 7 a cup.Way too expensive.

Outstanding boutique hotel! Convenient location, comfortable beds, shower water pressure is solid, and hotel restaurant is delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Bucharest.

Best hotel so far in Bucharest, best service, best sleeping quality, definitely would come back for Spa, which I did not manage to visit.

Every single staff at the hotel were amazing and our beautiful suite was just divine! From the bartender who gave us comp shots of their traditional liquor to the silent housekeeping, helpful front desk and excellent spa, our stay was excellent! Staff went above and beyond starting with a welcome sparkling wine and the room upgrade!

I have been coming to Bucharest for over 10 years, 2-3 times per year. You cannot find a better overall hotel than this in the city. It’s a pleasure to come back to in the evening. My only complaint is with the early end to breakfast, 10:00 am. I know it’s the traditional hotel schedule to not have breakfast all the way until lunch begins, but times are changing and hotels should be able to accommodate a late breakfast. It’s not included in the room cost (which is ok) so it’s certainly not only an accommodation for guests, it could be a wise financial move for the hotel. Other than that, the hotel is just perfect.

Excellent service, friendly staff, quiet location, spacious room, nice decoration and interior, delicious breakfast. However, make sure you have enough time to enjoy it, as the menu is à la carte and takes some time to prepare your order. Relaxing terrace where you can have some good drinks and smoke.

Great value for the money! We enjoyed the location near Cismigiu Park, the amenities (the restaurant, pool and spa area). The room itself is quite small, but there is a separate living room area and a very big bathroom with both shower and bath tub. The room itself didn't feel like a 5-star, and on the TV you can't access YouTube or any other online services for that matter which you would nowadays expect as a "must have". Staff was great and very accommodating on various occasions, first in preparing the room for us on a very short notice since it was a rushed booking, then at night time when calling the room service 15 minutes after their closing time (having thought that the closing time was half an hour later) and they still delivered the order. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but we were happy with the food choices and the service (just a bit slow in getting our order considering that there were 2 waiters and only 3 occupied tables in the restaurant, but then our waiter explained that she gave us some extra time because the menu is quite extensive). Overall very good experience, I would go there again on a future occasion.
