Je n’ai pas pu m’heberger a ce hotel car îl n’y avais plus persoane a la recepțion malgré qu’il dit sur leur site que la réception est ouverte jusqu’au 22:00. J’ai reçu le code d’entrée après que je me suis hébergé à un autre hôtel. J’espère qu’ils ne me vont pas couvrir pour un service que je n’ai jamais reçu.

It wasn't the best.. what can I say.. we were told the checkin is after 14.00..got there at 15.30 and the room was still not ready and when we got in it wasn'tclean properly and excuses were made.... i have booked a room with 2 beds but was told that they dont have one available but there were rooms on the website. Only thing good was the location..

Goodl location close to airport and city center, nice staff clean room

Staff was rude and not that knowledgeable! Couldn’t find our reservation and was trying to tell us we didn’t book it. Took them 30 minutes to find it and once they did, they gave us attitude that we should be prepared with all the confirmations next time. There is no next time! Then they gave us a street facing room (terrible noise) and said they don’t have anything else available. While that might of been true, something tells me they didn’t want to.

All was good but some of the appliances look a bit worn-out (for example, when you take a shower, the water stays for long in the basin.)

We decided not to stay at the hotel after seeing it. The conditions do not even deserve 1 star. The AC and fridge were not working, the roof was leaking, the bed had hair on it, the carpets were very dirty. Staff service was very friendly and apologized for the hotel conditions. The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. We left after seeing the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all. For $10.00 more a night we reserved a room in a 4 star hotel with excellent rooms and service.

Maintenance is needed in the room and on some furniture

הגענו למלון במקום שני חדרים שהוזמנו אמרו שהוזמן רק חדר אחד. הזמנתי חדר לזוג + שניים , וחדר לזוג + 1 . מסתבר שאין להם חדרים לזוג + שניים. חדרים אלו נחשבים לסוויטה. היה חם מאוד יום וחצי המזגן לא עבד במחצית מחדרי המלון. מהצהרים טענו שזה בטיפול . גם בשעה 24.30 טענו שעובדים על זה. רק למחרת אחרי הצהרים זה סודר.

Good hotel at a fair price, clean, very good food at the hotel restaurant, not cheap tgough. The parking is terrible, you need to find parking on the streets somwhere. Nice and helpfull staff.

I had a very good experience at Hotel Avis. It is a budget accommodation and the rooms is quite dated, but this is reflected in the price. It was clean, very close to the airport and the staff was helpful with calling the cabs, etc. I would stay there again

Hotel sympa ,proche de aeroport et de la maison dd la presse mais loin du centre ,sino grand parc de bucarest a cote

The hotel is nice, and close to Otopeni Airport. However, it's located in a rather residential area, so there is nothing around. There's a nice park close by, but not much else. If you are looking to do some sight seeing, you'll have to get on a bus into town. It's relatively cheap to get to the airport by taxi, a little less than 4 Euro.
