they overbooked, so I was arranged to another hotel and it was raining outside... for the second stay they confirmed my room, BUT, the room was not CLEAN yet. Very disgusting when I opened the door to see dirty bedding, toilet and trash can...... very horrible experience!!!!!

Séjour de trois nuitées pour raison professionnelle. Etablissement idéalement situé par rapport au coeur de la ville. Personnel serviable et très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Très calme passé 21h. Parking devant l'hôtel aisé. On va certainement y retourner...

I have stayed at CN Hotel multiple times over the past summers, including during its previous ownership under the NH chain. The hotel has always maintained a clean, modern, and spacious environment, and the staff remains friendly and professional—with a smooth and efficient check-in process. Initially I was given a room with an air conditioning system which was noisy and barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm. The hotel management kindly changed our room. The new room’s air conditioning was working perfectly, and we were much more comfortable. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue promptly.

Very nice hotel, nice room, clean, basic breakfast but good enough, huge parking lot, the bar is to small nevertheless the crew is very friendly, helpful and polite, in general great hotel located in the downtown of Bucharest.

AC is not cooling and noisy

Breakfast experience was bad especially with the guy who is supposedly baking bread?!?! made us wait for the bread, toast and croissants for 15 minutes! Besides that rude fellow the breakfast was somewhat ok too! Tomatoes and cucumbers (vegetables) need to be washed thouroughly!!! There was dirt, soil etc. on them!!!

The heating in the rooms was way too hot. Even though it was 25 degrees (Celsius) outside the heating was running constantly. But in general the rooms were fine and the Hotel is quiet central.

Servicio atento y amable. Las instaciones actuales y lompias. La cama era muy cómoda pero las almohadas, aunque buenas, no terminamos de pillarles el punto. El desayuno buffet variado y con opciones diferentes los dos días.

- Atendimento do pessoal da recepção fantástico, ótimo - Quarto espaçoso e confortável, cama boa , banheiro bom - Localização perto ( umas 05 quadras ) da principal avenida da cidade - café da manhã meio fraco , faltou várias coisas do café da manhã , precisam melhorar

VERY clean hotel! I was very satisfied with my room and the check in process. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet has many great options. The old town and many other popular areas are within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). I had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, the food was amazing and there was a new waiter (I didn’t get his name but he said he was there for 2 weeks) was so nice! We had an interesting conversation about Romania while waiting for my food, so I want to give a shout-out to him! Overall, amazing experience, I had an amazing time and I really recommend staying at this hotel!

Nice location close to market, cafes and restaurants. The hotel was clean and tidy, room and beds comfortable. Would gladly stay again

This is a good hotel, with excellent breakfast.

As usual in former USSR countries lifts incredibly small and one of two out of action nearly the whole week, causing mayhem. Suggest management find a better lift company to service their lifts and maintain continuous service or install new lifts.

Struttura pulita così come la camera, comoda e dall'arredamento sobrio. Il personale è stato disponibile e gentile, ci hanno tenuto le borse dopo il check out per tutto il giorno. La zona è tranquilla ma è bene mettere in conto che l'hotel dista 15/20 minuti dalla fermata della metro e dal centro.

It was good condition hotel and hospitality expert staffing.Felt welcomed at any expect. Way to go. Surrounding area not near by to section one attractions and restaurants, bar etc. Need to consider Uber rides or bolt .
