Staff was not very helpful and the food and beverage manager was just absolutely rude. Customer is king does not apply here. Would never go back to this property.

Excellent hotel by the see.

Bra opphold, eneste jeg vil bemerke er at jeg savnet osteskiver blant frokost sortimentet. Ellers var det en del fugler i frokost salongen, som for å lette etter mat. De kunne gått ha vært utendørs. Ellers godt fornøyd med oppholdet.

Great experience

Otroligt hotel, borde vara femstjärnigt! Utmärkt service, bra läge, otrolig restaurang och frukosten är 5/5. Supertrevlig personal. Den som gnäller på detta ställe är bortskämd. Vi kommer komma tillbaka!

Great modern hotel. Some of the staff members went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent! Made us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure. Our only real complaint was that a neighbouring hotel had an extremely noisy, late night, night club.

Well run resort. A bit pricey, but worth the money. The breakfast bar is great. The room and views were also great.

Absolutely love this high end hotel second time I stayed here and it got even better. Will return!

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very modern, comfortable and clean. The beach “sand” was rocky and should be replaced with soft sand.

The stay there was lovely, luxurious feel but the menu at the restaurant was maybe a bit overpriced. Towel service for the beach and friendly staff overall. I think the only comment I would have is when I asked a few of the staff for recommendations around the city or other things they couldn’t recommend anything. I wouldn’t say the place is vegetarian friendly or for people who don’t consume pork as there is pork in everything. The staff tried to accommodate our needs which was great.

The staff is not very warm, but it is well-managed and the breakfast buffet was very good.

The best

This was a beautiful hotel! Completely high end. Espresso Machine and hot pot in the room. On demand hot water in the faucets and shower. Gorgeous decor. Fully smart facility. We went off season and it was very quiet and peaceful. Very zen. The buffet was closed but we were served a made to order breakfast. Highly recommend a trip here. Another excellent advantage was watching the sun rise on the Black Sea.

It was a great spot. Very comfortable and clean. A wonderful value. Breakfast was awesome on the beach.

Very clean and modern, very comfortable. The rooms with direct sea view have a really beautiful view. . There are supermarkets and a farmacy literally few steps away, so location is also very good. The breakfast is phenomenal, so much choice for good food. Nothing negative to say.
