The guy at the reception on check in was very unkind. The hotel is not suitable por people with reduced mobility as you have to go up and down stairs go to the restaurant, and play. Place needs maintenance, the second floor has floor waves (floor ripples) over the carpet, y toe bent because of this and I fell and hit myself. Not enough toilet paper and sope is replaced, has to call reception to order constantly. Place surrondings has incredible nature, restaurant is very good!

Everything was great but the hot tub was not hot, it was cold and the staff was dismissive

Spacious room, good condition, clean. The restaurant was a little bit under my expectations.

Really good experience, nice rooms, good restaurant (including the breakfast), very nice spa and pool, personnel really polite and helpful. The only negative thing is that the kids room could have more toys and activities. It is a pity to have an entire room, but so few options for the kids.

They do not deserve 4*. Poor management. Make sure you buy water, coffee or drinks when you show up there . They do not have it on site . Unfriendly staff, screaming at guests. Poor breakfast, long line for a coffee at breakfast because coffee machine is broke. Dirty rooms , holes in the bathroom walls, missing tiles ,showers do not work properly. Just stay away from this property.

I couldn't get the air conditioner to work. I think it must have been central air - what the hotel gave you. I needed an iron, but one was not available.

That was a nice hotel, but now is ugly, expensive and unpleasant place.

A place I would always recommend

The pool is ok, but could be bigger. Jacuzzy is too small. There is enough space to park. Staff does not really have a clue about customer service. I had spider web in corners of my room, so cleanliness....not accurate.

Very disappointing. Advertised as a four star, but in reality is not worth more then two.

The room was nice and cosy.Staff was very kind. Breakfast was good. The hotel was running at full capacity so the SPA area was really crowded and the check-in was done at 16p.m which is quite late.

Very nice experience,and the Miorita restaurant staff exceed our expectation!

I am always very cautious in my comments as I travel very often all over the world. First time through my travels I met so rude staff from the reception, the restaurant and the room cleanliness. The amazing thing is that no one speaks English even from the reception. I stayed two nights and the room service did not even get the garbage from the toilet bowl. The conclusion is that the staff has no training and is sad because this hotel has the specifications that are high in the area's preferences.

Great and beautiful place, good hotel and service, national restoran - recommend.

Απαραδεκτη εμπειρια παραμονής δυο ημερών, με την Διοίκηση του Ξενοδοχείου να μην εμφανιζεται, αλλά και ουτε να απαντά σε e-mail που της στειλαμε, μια μερα πριν φυγουμε, ακόμη κ τωρα που γραφτηκε αυτή η κριτική. 1. Νυκτεριδα στο δωματιο. Το μονο που μας ειπαν είναι οτι θα στειλουν εναν εργάτη να την βγαλει εξω (...) Ουτε συγνωμη, ουτε τιποτα. Το παραθυρο στην ανακληση με θερμοκρασία στους -7 βαθμους. 2. Δεν ηθελαν να μας αλλαξουν δωματιο με τιποτα (το Ξενοδοχείο είχε ολα κ ολα 5 αυτοκίνητα στο παρκινκ. μετά από πολύ φασαρία μας εδωσαν αλλο δωμάτιο, υποδεέστερο απο αυτό που είχαμε κλεισει. 3. Στο σπα, ειναι πρωτη φορά που μου τυχαινει να μην σου δινουν πετσετες, αλλά να πρεπει να .. χρησιμοποιήσεις αυτές του δωματίου σου ! Τώρα τι θα κανεις μετά που θα γυρίσεις στο δωμάτιο, αυτό είναι μια άλλη ιστορία. 4. Το γυμναστηριο (ο οποίος είναι και ο σημαντικότερος λόγος που το προτιμήσαμε γιατί ειμαι εν ενεργεία μαραθωνοδρόμος και πρεπει να προπονουμαι καθημερινά) ήταν κλειστό για .. συντήρηση ! Ο Μόνος λόγος ήταν ο Χριστουγεννιάτικος στολισμός (δείτε σχετική φωτο). Καμία όμως ενημέρωσει στο site του Ξενοδοχείου ότι θα είναι κλειστό, την ώρα που προχωρουσαμε στην κρατηση (με προπληρωμή). 5. Η θερμοκρασία της σαουνας δεν λειτουργεί σωστά και ο λόγος είναι ότι η πορτα δεν ασφαλιζει για τεχνικους λόγους, οποτε η καμπίνα δεν κρατά την σωστή θερμοκρασία. 6. Στα ντουζ του σπα/γυμναστηρίου, ΔΕΝ ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΑΦΡΟΛΟΥΤΡΟ ή ΣΑΠΟΥΝΙ, για να πληθείς ! Μόνο νερό !!!! 7. Οι οδηγίες μόνο Ρουμάνικα !
