Room was hot. AC barely worked

Very good hotel at the start of Mamaia, excelent views from upper floors toward the sea and surrounding, free parking included, very good and many sortiments of food as part of free breakfast.

Flott leilighet i 14. etasje. Kunne gjerne vært litt mer møblert. Litt plaget av musikk fra Sky Bar. 2 døgn problem med Wifi og at heisen ikke var mulig å ta ned fra 13. etasje. Men alt i alt noen fine dager i Mamaia.

the rooms are small ... smells bad .... and the bathrooms are in very bad condition ... would never recommend someone to stay at this place .. plus it's over priced for the service they provide .... they say they are 4 stars but in reality they don't provide even for one star ...

Our family of 2 children under the age of 3 stayed at the hotel for a week. The hotel has an excellent location close to all local attractions. Our children enjoyed it very much. The reception staff was very nice and helped us as best we could. Cleanliness The rooms are very basic. The sofa is not comfortable at all. The suite is very small. The breakfast is very limited and the staff there is not at all skilled. At breakfast there was always no forks and spoons and cups dishes. The beach is not private and very dirty. The elevators are very small so that each time we had to remove the children from the children's cart and fold the stroller. Maybe I'll go back to this hotel but only for one night. It is not recommended to eat in a hotel restaurant better to leave the hotel and eat out more tasty and cheaper.

According to locals, corruption in hotel ratings runs rampant in Romania. So 4 star hotels are really 3, 3 star hotels are 2, and so on. Hotel Parc fits that bill. If you plan to arrive after 7pm, be sure to call ahead to ensure someone at the front desk is there. Pros: right in the beach in Mamaia; pleasant staff; restaurant had good food; air conditioning worked fine Cons: WiFi was spotty outside of the hotel lobby; elevators were small and slow (max 6 people). I don’t know if this was unique to my stay or if this is common. I booked and paid for the hotel through hotels.com but when I arrived at Hotel Parc I was charged again. Hotels.com took care of the double booking immediately and without requiring me to jump through hoops to get a refund. Just something to beware for this hotel and any other.

good location - right on the beach side; breakfast OK; check out at 10 AM (too early)... i would expect 12 o'clock.

The hotel would be okay if it were *** However, since it is labelled **** here is what is missing: - breakfast is VERY basic and the dishes are unclean - the rooms need improvement - WIFI very unstable and slow - pool is small and way overcrowded - the roof top bar looks good BUT the waiters are openly refusing to work and hold reservations for the best tables that seem imaginary - the elevator is the slowest ever seen, a 5 min wait is standard

Prinzipiell hat das Hotelzimmer alles was man sich von einem 4 Sterne Hotelzimmer erwartet. Der Zimmerpreis ist okay, Größe auch, jedoch würde ich mir anstatt der 2 Sessel mit Tisch im Zimmer einen Tisch am Balkon WÜNSCHEN, der fehlte dort. Das ABER die Putzfrauen sollte dringend getauscht werden, den wenn ich ein Zimmer beziehe dann sollten die Armaturen sauber sein Staub gewischt und die Gläser sauber und nicht nur in Plastik eingewicklt sein. Ausserdem erwarte ich mir Kaffeelöffel zum Kaffee. Der Aufenthalt Ansicht war toll, das Wetter traumhaft, das Wasser bis 1,5m klar . Zum Essen findet man für jeden Gaumen uns jede Geldbörse. Auch die Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind toll. Der Strand ist jeden Tag sauber aufgeräumt und verläuft sehr flach ins Meer, toll für Kinder und nicht Schwimmer. Sie sollten mehr Abfalleimer aufstellen und diese öfter ausleeren. War ein echt toller Urlaub. Werde nächstes Jahr wieder fahren.

A hotel with 14 floors should have more than 2 elevators that hold 6 people. The breakfast was ok nothing special. The room was small and the bathroom would is for 1 person. Parking was also a problem.

A little bite expensive. The shower and the bathtub in my room need to be fixed. Water spilled everywhere every time you take showers. Breakfast was amazing restaurant foods and drinks awesome even though they are a little bite expensive

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und für alle Belange ansprechbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend bis auf das Brot. Es gibt nur zwei Sorten Toastbrot und einen Toaster für alle Gäste. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zu hart. Ansonsten empfehlenswert

Hotel confortevole. Buona posizione, ampio parcheggio privato. Ultimo piano SKY BAR con panorama mozzafiato. Colazione a buffet, nella norma. Personale disponibile. Tutto bene.
