room next to a road, quite noisy. The hotel needs redecorating.

This hotel does not have heat or hot water between 11:00 and 18:00. The Rooms smell bad, and the bed sheets are dirty. on the weekend, there is an awful noise coming from the restaurant downstairs until 1:00 am! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Personale molto cortese. Bagno molto piccolo. Io sono 180 cm e non stavo sotto la doccia.

No heat. They turned on the heat at 8 pm while outside it was almost freezing.

Lokasyonu çok başarılı, heryere yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark var diye seçtik ama karşıdaki otelin ücretli otoparkını kullandık. 20lei ödedik, şehir vergisi ile birlikte 3 kişi 41 lei ödedim. Odalar çok eski yerler eski parke ama çok bakımsız. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü fiyat/performans için tercihedilebilir.

Very rustic . And in the same time very cozy. Very friendly staff. Close to everything. In a word: a gem .

O staff super gentil, bem localizado, próximo a bons restaurantes e café da manhã espetacular. O senão fica por conta do quarto, o qual necessita de revitalização, principalmente, o banheiro (box do chuveiro extremamente pequeno e com a horrível "cortina".

hotel was nice, parking was fine, near-by hotel breakfast (same as the parking) was excellent! we were a bit confused as even if we originally paid two taxes (including city tax) we were asked to pay a third one at the place, still feeling we were "scammed" on another city tax....

Great location, nice staff, walkable to everything, parking was good across the street. A little noisy at night with dogs barking a lot of at night. Overall great stay.

We have been given the privilege to change the room to accommodate my mother's inability to walk far, from 5th floor to the 1st floor. The room had also a terrace which had a front view and this made myself and my mum so happy that we really enjoyed the stay in that room. The beds were really cleaned and had a fresh smell. The staff was very polite, helpful and understanding. The bathroom had a small leak from the shower and we needed to dry the floor every time we showered. And the bathtoom door cannot be closed properly as it is a sliding door. But the most important is that we had a good night sleep, a lovely view and so many places to enjoy just outside the door 😊👍

Nice value hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions. The fourth floor rooms with balcony access were great especially in the late evenings while catching some nice mountain breezes. I would stay here again.

屋根裏部屋でしたが、冷蔵庫もあり特に問題ありませんでした。 朝食は向かい側のレストランで。 バイキングは豊富でした。

Very friendly. Beautiful old mansion. Ubfortunatly the cleaning crew smoked while cleaning the rooms and that smelled bad!

Well we didn’t get a chance to stay at the hotel. We followed the directions and skipped dinner so we could be there before the reception closed (supposed to be at midnight) to be on the safe side we made sure we were there by 11 pm. There was a sign to check in across the st. We did and they told us to go back to the other hotel and take room 107, body was at hotel so the reception said “I don’t know what’s up with them. You will be staying here. “ I said I didn’t want to and wanted the room I paid for. He told me this was a better hotel. I told him I didn’t care I wanted the rustic place, the hotel we stayed at looked like a days inn and we wanted something Romanian. NOT HAPPY
