Honestly... This was great. For MANY reasons:
Firstly, the location is great. Really great. Not only is it conveniently near a lot of things but you have a beach, a pier and Mamaia Boulevard will take you to everything within 3ish kilometres which makes for an INCREDIBLY scenic walk.
Secondly, the staff was so kind. Both receptionist during my stay were so, so kind and I felt really welcome. They helped me with an extension chord and the communication was pretty ok English-wise. I definitely felt like I could ask them for help and understand the reply, which is really important.
The room I stayed in was really, really clean. Nice and warm and housekeeping every day while I went to the beach. It was just really, really great. My days in Constanza have been my best part of the trip so far (I am in Palermo right now) and even though the trip is 20 hours from Budapest I am honestly thinking of going back in a few days... That's two days from Italy... That's how nice my stay was.
Also I didn't get to go to Navodari so maybe that's a trip to make if I decide to go back. Anyway... If you are going to Constanza... Definitely book here. The bus fare with microbus linia 23 was 8 RON (1,5 eur) so it's even doable to take the bus back and forth every day to see Navodari, City Mall or Constanza City.

We arrived after the tourist season so some of the amenities were not active or fully staffed. The tradeoff is that their was no competition for the existing services. Overall we were very pleased and would recommend the IALKI to friends and family.
