Mercure Timisoara

This is a wonderfully modern facility in a quiet part of the city. It’s a bit of a hike to city center but there’s a tram line in front of hotel. Breakfast buffet is plentiful

Great hotel. Only thing lacking is a gym but other than that clean, comfortable and the restaurant is good.

I like being there, just be careful when you ask for the invoice. They sent mine because they couldn’t do it right there and they changed my dates. I contacted them for correcting it and they just ignored me, make sure to get yours there!

Otelin fiziki durumu şehirdeki muadillerine göre çok iyi. Hizmet temizlik vs iyi ancak fiyatlara dikkat etmek lazım. Çıkışta kahvaltı bile extra çıktı. Rezervasyon yaparken dikkatli olmakta fayda var. Sadece kahve içtiğim bi gün için bile 15 eu ödedim

Sehr schönes & stylisches und sehr sauberes Hotel. Riesen Auswahl beim Frühstück Buffet mit ganz viele Leckereien 😋 kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen…top!!!

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are in very good condition, the breakfast was excellent and the staff members are friendly and helpful. The owner is a nice person, always concerned about the comfort of the guests.

Very nice hotel. Great room and comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good restaurant.

Too much technology in the room, difficult to turn on and off the lights. The heating system was faulty, also due to the connected (or better, disconnected) technology.

Great restaurant and service. Tablet control for room a little slow but you can use features on wall for everything.

brand new , very fancy rooms , elevator small tipical euro.. excelent restaurant on site. need a taxi to go to center

Trying to give me a room other than the one i paid for Air conditioning not working. I have not sleep all night .Manager lied about fixing the air conditioning.

Check in try to give a cheaper room that i paid for no air conditioning working mot clean my room not even make up bed or put new towels. I had to ask complain about air condition. Dif not fix or turn on.I will never stay here again.

Alles super gewässen. Einziges was ich bemängeln kann, ist das um 10:30 Uhr am abend, nichts vom Restaurant bestellen konnte.

Top Manager - ukrainische Freunde aus der Ukraine so nett empfangen. Abendessen und Getränke gesponsert. Das ist eine wahre Freundschaft und eine Geste die wir nie vergessen werden. Danke 🙏 top Hôtel ! Großes Herz ♥️

Relatively New Hotel, nice Design, room I had very comfortable nice and clean. Had very nice dinner there. The street in front a total disaster since it’s a huge construction site. Service still needs to be improved. At 10 the bar and Restaurant is closed due to Covid - at 9:55 they refused to serve me a drink. Also my room wasn’t made up - no idea why. Overall however a good place to stay
