la struttura è tutt'altro che invitante,disadorna spoglia insignificante, la reception che doveva essere aperta 24 ore su 24 era deserta abbiamo dovuto telefonare ad un numero scritto sulla porta d'ingresso e si è presentata una signora in vestaglia e ciabatte che non parlava altro che rumeno, ci è stata data una camera al 3 piano senza ascensore che non assomigliava nemmeno lontanamente alle immagini pubblicizzate mobilo accroccato e bagno fatiscente il tutto, almeno, era sufficientemente pulito. mi sono sempre trovato bene con hote.com e non riesco a capire come possano pubblicizzare una struttura del genere!

The hotel is okay. It serves a purpose and is quite cheap. Close to the airport and the therme spa. Poor English spoken. I was also charged 2 times luckily my bank has refunded me. I paid on the link sent by hotels.com then they said they couldn’t see the payment and took my payment again when I thought they was checking my card details to find my payment. They also put us in the wrong room then asked us to move but eventually left us. The cleaner tried to open our door at 10am. When I opened the door she waved her hand at me when I said I do not understand Romanian. When I left she snatched the key and didn’t even say bye. Quite a rude end to the trip

This is a budget hotel and provided no amenities except for an uncomfortable bed, stifling hot room and two packets of shower gel. No hand soap etc. it is run down. We had a bit of a hassle to arrange the promised airport shuttle but we did get it. It was a poor sleep but there was hot water. If you are on a tight budget it is ok. If not I would go elsewhere.

THIS PROPERTY DOESN'T EXIST. I contacted the property repeatedly to arrange for their free shuttle; they never replied. When the taxi brought us there at midnight, it was padlocked and dark. We called and emailed; NO RESPONSE. The taxi driver took us to a Hilton, which was expensive, but at least it was OPEN. The hotel - under the name Alegra Beauty Center - double charged me for a stay that never happened. When I contacted expedia to resolve the issue, the agent refused to refund me and when I showed him screenshots of the double charges, he suggested I was MAKING IT UP. He offered me a "goodwill credit" of less than a third of the hotel double charge instead. I told him I'd take it up with my credit card company. So in short - there was no hotel, we were double-charged by a scammer, and expedia refuses to refund us for the scam.

Отель очень посредственный, хозяйка отеля очень неприветлива. Попросили нож, сотрудница отеля сказала, что в отеле нет ножа! Но самое ужасное, с меня сняли два раза оплату за ночь. В день приезда и в день выезда.Я обращалась в отель 2 раза, но меня проигнорировали.

Terzo piano senza ascensore, mobili vecchi, bagno che perdeva acqua, cattivo odore dato da fumo presumo. Un letto si è rotto e siamo caduti a terra.

Easy to find, very clean, check in straightforward.

We booked the Superior apartment for our three night stay in Romania. We are a family of four and needed the three beds. Upon arrival they tried to give us a room with two twin beds instead of two twin and a double. After some back and forth they gave us two rooms for the night since they said their apartment was booked for the evening. The next night we are expecting to move into the apartment but once again they said it was not ready and just to keep the two rooms. Wow the two rooms were nice they were not connected and so our children were separated from us. We also did not have the other added perks of the superior apartment that was listed on hotels.com. Finally it was daily housekeeping but we never received that. Trash built up and we ran out of clean towels on the first day. The location is near the airport and that was handy. Fast WiFi and there is free parking.

It was amazing and Hat Down for so flexible Host and Helpfulness which I don't has seen it for long as traveller..... Due to Covid restrictions on Taxi seats ( 2- taxis Refused 2 Adults and 2-Kids). The Host Drive me and family to Airport as Gentle Women by Her Own Car to Airport as Romanian Hospitality and Friendship ...... No word to find to say Thank You for this Hospitality we received..... Amazing ..... I highly recommend to all people and my loved friends.

Reception was friendly and very fast, I had some troubles with my flights and the administration helped me out with the trip to the airport 4am where flight got cancelled and took me back at 07am to hotel without issues whatsoever. Strongly recommend, clean ,silent, 5 min to airport, great water pressure and hot water

The room was clean, the bed confortabile Everything was very good.

I spent here one night. Arrived in Bucharest in late evening. So it was a good option since the residence is close to airport. Although a bit away from city center. Big warm room with a kettle and normal shower. They have a button to call a cab in the hall. The hotel provides water. And you can buy some drinks. My only problem was that I couldn't find any food at 11 p.m. So, if you have a late flight it's better to find something at the airport.

We got a room with two different sized beds next to each-other, probably to make a double bed!? One was to small to fit one person, the other one was to small to fit two, I couldn't understand the arrangement.

Nice place, clean, free transfer to airport at 3:00 AM by very nice man. Room full of muskitos so I was bitten all over my face and hands until I realized that the window was open without a screen.

Great Place to Just a short Taxi ride from the Airport. If you schedule ahead with the motel they will pick you up? Supper Fast Internet best I ever had at a Motel!
