Nice place, cozy, big room and bathroom, free parking on site, but.. the receptionist had some issues! First, she was very upset about the internet speed that she had to work with (not my problem!), then she asked me how I would like to pay (everything was already paid for since the reservation was made!) and top of all was in the morning when she told me she had to wait for 20 minutes because I was late for breakfast (what else beside smoking and drinking coffee did she have to do, anyway?)

Abbiamo fatto un viaggio insieme a un altra coppia di amici, arrivati nel albergo abbiamo trovato camere belle e pulite. La ragazza della reception gentilissima, ci ha consigliato un buon ristorante per mangiare, sempre disponibile è molto allegra.Il peggio è stato nelle due sere quando i proprietari insieme ai parenti hanno festeggiato con musica e casino fino alle 2 di mattina! Parcheggi pochi x il volume di macchine che c’era. Nei 3 giorni che siamo stati la non sono mai state fatte le pulizie, cambiati asciugamani o lavato i bagni! Peccato xche l’albergo e bellissimo!

Clean, modern, nice looking. The receptionist was amazing, not only did she share good pleases for us to visit/ see, but she also assisted with a reservation to a restaurant and making sure we had a cab there and back.

This is a beautiful hotel! We unfortunately did not catch her name, but the hotel owner was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a great restaurant so that we could try authentic food, and gave us advice about where to visit in town. Our room was large, comfortable and sparkling clean! Breakfast was a generous serving of traditional meats, cheeses, fruit and bread. There was also cereal and coffee. 10/10 - if I return to Braşov I will be staying here again!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι καθαρό σε καλή κατάσταση. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο, το στρώμα καλό, δεν έχει κλιματισμό άλλα μάλλον δεν χρειάζεται. Το wifi μέτριο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, όπως και το μπάνιο. Έχει χώρο για πάρκινγκ. Το πρωινό έχει τα απολύτως απαραίτητα. Στο κέντρο πήγαμε με το αυτοκίνητο όπου βρήκαμε να παρκάρουμε αρκετά εύκολα, 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία. Γενικά είναι μια καλή διαμονή και σε καλή τιμή και πολύ καθαρό.

pure shame I booked through "booking" rooms for 3 families 8 adults and 3 children in 5 rooms. Although the hotel confirmed 3 guests in the room when we arrived they refused to add another bed to the room. I was forced to take another room and even charged extra beds in the rooms. As mentioned, the hotel "waited" for 10 guests even though they confirmed a reservation for 14 guests. And require 4 additional guests on arrival. To hear and not to believe. We contacted the staff of the Booking site who was not at all interested and said it was a hotel problem.

Appartamento attrezzato, pulito, moderno, ottima posizione tranquilla, la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima parla anche italiano, consigliatissimo
