When we arrive at the apartment (this can be evidenced by photographs sent to hotels.com) and call the apartment master. She told us that she is in Ukrane and just send us a message containing a website to reach a video to show us how to get the key from a box. We do not find the box, and meanwhile cannot read the video because it needs to upload a file to my email and save on air. I have no such a skill to read files on air. So, I call the master again that I do not read the video. The master just send me the message once again. Leave us blocked outside the apartment without offering any assistance. When I make a final call and ask her to show up to help us. She said she will come in an hour, but is eventually no show. We cannot but find another hotel to stay.

An ok place with frig and kitchen . only downside is the graffiti on the exterior of the apartment building and the drab sometimes smelly Ground floor entry way to the elevator.

Good location, very nice and clean. I would recomend to everyone.

Globally a bad experience for the following reasons: - very poor assistance from the host who never answered our questions, notably regarding the possibility to park our car in the parking lot. It was indicated in the offer that there was a free parking, but we noticed at our arrival that the parking was reserved to residents of the block of buildings around. The host never confirm f parking around was forbidden or not and where we could park our car; -there were renovation work in the building during our stay which caused much noise during the morning. In addition, the water supply was closed in our appartment one morning because of the renovation work (no notification from the host on that issue and no attempt to solve it). Consequently, we had no possibility to take a shower or go to the bathroom on the last day of our stay. However, the appartmentce was nice. It should be noted that the building is not very wel coming and the location is pretty far from the city center
