They advertise it without showing that it’s in the heart of Kigali but it’s in downtown. However it’s the most quiet area you can imagine . Only the food is quite expensive and do not come in time when you order .

Staff came to our door twice to interrupt to show us an iPad menu of food options which we didn’t request. No washcloths, only one hand towel and 2 bath towels for three people. Fan needed to be serviced for noise. Airport shuttle wasn’t available

I had a great stay at 2k Hotel. The staffs especially Olive Iyonasenze, did her best in making my stay 100% satisfied. She went above and beyond to provide the best quality customer service during my time. Because of her, I ll be back. Not forgetting the other crews, Divine, Assuman, Guillaume and Jules. Thanks for making my stay in Kigali a success. I ll definitely be back.
