5 noches por turismo con mi hermana. Hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de Kigali, a pie de restaurantes, comercios, bancos, oficinas de líneas aéreas... En muy buen estado, limpio, agradable, cómodo. Bonita habitación, cama cómoda, buenas sábanas buena conexión wifi, balcón y muy buen desayuno a nivel de variedad y de calidad. Nos ha sorprendido la amabilidad del personal de recepción, del restaurante y de dirección, volcados en hacer lo posible por hacer que nuestra estancia fuese de nuestro agrado. Realmente admirable. Nice property and nice staff.

I recommend this hotel. The staff is great. It’s in area that is very close to many cultural places and local activities. The area is very safe and walking is the best way to see and enjoy.

Hotel staff was amazing. They made my stay extraordinary. They really seemed to care about their customers. Food was outstanding. The location was very good. If I ever return I would definitely stay here again.

I have made a request to Expedia for refund as I could only stay for one out of the seven nights for which I paid before arrival. I was kept in a room without air conditioning and without windows that can be opened. I felt unsafe and could not sleep hence the need to check out on the first morning. Till now, I have got no response whatsoever from Expedia while Gloria Hotel rightly stated that they need to hear from Expedia before processing a refund for the six unused nights. Wonderful staff, comfortable rooms and a great restaurant makes Gloria an excellent choice while staying in Kigali!

The hotel reception staff, security, maids and breakfast waiter were friendly and helpful. There are a lot of stairs with no lift, but staff happily carried my bags up and down. Whilst my room was compact, it was nicely furnished with a large balcony with outdoor setting and a great view of the hills. Tea/coffee making in room was great. I utilised the laundry servixe and it was reasonably priced with items returned in timely manner and well pressed. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the street mall and restaurants. It was also an easy walk back from the Belgium Peacekeepers Memorial. Nice roof top style bar/restaurant. Breakfast had a good selection with barrista made coffee. My Americano was delixious! The only disappointment was my evening meal. I ordered chicken kiev and it was exceptionally dry. It contained ham and carrots within the fillet chicken, but no cheese as per the description on the menu. I noted this with the waiter and he just shrugged it off. I only ate two of the six pieces, again with no remark made by waiter when plate cleared. Fortunately the accompanying side salad and chips were tasty. I would stay there again.

The property is very clean I didn't like cleaners moving on balcony when i wasn't expecting them to be there.

The place was definitely sub-standard from the description on the website and it was not a very comfortable experience all round. had to sleep under a net and no aircon. WORST thing was though - I had an expensive watch stolen from my jacket while I was waiting to leave for the airport and the hotel has denied that one of their staff took it - and also said there was nothing on the cameras - again impossible. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all let alone if you have anything of value that you dont want stolen when your back is turned...

The female receptionist asked for 20 USD because a guest came to see me at the restaurant of the hotel!!!! Very rude too
