Terrible service and hotel. No running water one morning; I switched hotels.

Decent hotel. I was picked up from the airport very promptly. Location is well with in the city, just 10 minutes from the airport. Staff is polite. There was a issue regarding water supply but it was resolved soon.

very good service, the staff are patient, attentive and very kind. this is my second time at this hotel and looking forward to my next visit

Nothing special

The Olympic Hotel is clean and beautiful. Emmanuel, Patrick, Gloria and Eric made sure I had everything I needed and encouraged me to tell them if I needed anything. The food was amazing and affordably priced.

The staff is nice but the restaurant and breakfast service was not ok. *This place does not have shuttle, the welcome staff had to call a taxi for me (be aware or make your plans).

There wasn't no shuffling service , restaurant must be paid even i was already icluded in reservation

The great thing was they picked me up from the airport in the middle of the night for free! This was extremely helpful.

Mon séjour a été mal passé car je m’attendais à un hôtel comme cela se présente sur votre site mais ce n’est pas le cas. Ensuite on m’a donné une petite chambre sale très chaude sans avec de l’eau chaude bref c’et La galère. La nourriture mal préparée et le service clientèle pas du tout professionnel en tout Pour avoir la même chambre que vous m’aviez promis pourtant il y avait plusieurs chambre grande avec lit de luxe vaste vide. Mais il m’ont demandé 80€/jour. Étonnant non.

My 3 nights stay at Olympic Hotel in Kigali Rwanda was wonderful. The staff is very friendly, trustworthy and professional. The success of this hotel could be attributed to its General Manager, Mr. Safari Andre. The man is very dedicated. As I was about to leave to the airport to catch my flight back to the US, a flight that was very late at night, Mr. Safari reamained at the hotel in order to drop me at the airport. He was very kind to me and to his staff throughout my stay. As a manager of a staff, I was interested to see how he was doing. I learned a lot from. Hi people-oriented style was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to any American travelling to Kigali, Rwanda. Check out on the manager, Mr. Safari. Thanks. Guy
