Excellent service, fabulous accommodations in the #19 villa with private pool.

All the concierge staff (Sassy, Kevin and others) were extremely accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of the entire stay. The rooms were clean and all the staff we were in contact with were so pleasant and friendly, even the general manager (he's very hands on). It was a small beachfront but it lend to an intimate atmosphere. My massage with Julian was very good and relaxing. Overall, an amazing stay! Highly recommended!

Whilst the resort itself was nice, the mosquito infestation and lack of nets ruined our stay. Our room was not sealed so there was a constant stream in our room which both kept us up and resulted in over 50 bites across my partner and I on our face, neck and hands. My partner was unfortunate enough to get one on her eyelid, which swelled up. When we alerted the front desk they told us they couldn't get nets and provided a lamp, which maybe caught 2 per night of the 20+ that were staying with us rent free per night (I know because I was kept awake until 3am on two of our nights and squished 10+ per night). It wasn't just our room that was under attack - the restaurant was also unbearable. We were looking forward to a romantic dinner which was cut short because my partner was being eaten alive. Spraying the rooms did nothing. The lack of nets was astounding and meant they do not deserve their 5 star rating.

Our stay here was amazing. From the minute we walked in and were offered champagne to when we left. The staff are attentive and kind, the hotel is stunning and there’s lots to do. Loved the beach and the two different pools. Would come back here every year if we could! Only comment is our back door to our room, and side door didn’t lock which was strange, and the ceiling fan/air con needed a service so it didn’t squeak all night.

Gorgeous boutique resort with wonderful staff and amenities. There was plenty to do without leaving and the food was AMAZING. They made our honeymoon special and we’d love to be able to come back.

Wonderful boutique resort. Beautiful views from one of the pools, nice beach very short walking distance. Super nice staff and very friendly. Very attentive and helpful. Could not recommend enough!

Beautiful hotel

The property is very nice and relaxing, perfect for couples. The food is also amazing but be sure to at least do the half board option if you are planning on eating at the resort. You will save a lot of money. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic time here.

Cap Maison is a beautifully manicured boutique resort located on the Northwest coast of St Lucia. It offers spacious villas, wonderful amenities, beautiful landscaping, and amazing cliff side ocean views. Outstanding and attentive customer service throughout our stay from check in through check out process.2 excellent restaurants on site. Booking through Expedia was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Nice facilities helpful staff

The best hotel I've ever stayed in and this includes several other five star hotels. Spacious rooms (wide and tall), with perfect and quiet AC, amazing bedding, spacious bathroom and veranda. Super clean with zero mustiness that is so typical of some Caribbean resorts. I can't believe the resort is able to pull off such luxury accommodations in a hot, tropical climate. Very private property with lots of available seating in the common pool areas. I've never enjoyed the room experience in a beach resort as much as at Cap Maison and don't think I can replicate this experience in future beach vacations. Wish every hotel offered such exceptional accommodations.

As a couple without kids, our stay at Cap Maison was wonderful. Beautiful grounds, great option of 2 pools - 1 adults only - and 2 delicious on site food options for the all inclusive. The steps to the beach + second restaurant are VERY intense, so a warning for folks with mobility issues, it’s a real hike on steep steps. Top-notch service, highly recommend.

Very Nice and Clean property!! Very Romantic and the food was Great!!

For Experienced young travelers, if you want to take a leisure trip, this location is not for you. The staff all around are slow, none attentive, and love providing false information. The best thing about the trip was the beach location. Other than that, we went thinking there were 3 dinner location options and was stuck with 2 for being on the all Inclusive plan as they told us they just discontinued the wine cellar part of the all inclusive. I never received my status perk for booking this location. The front desk almost had us miss our flight due to providing the wrong pick up time to the driver. Overall, 1 experience here is enough for us. The pace of the environment is more for senior citizens than young couples. All inclusive is useless, you pretty much pay for every experience anyway.
