I recently stayed at Coco Palm Resort and had a fantastic experience overall. Upon check-in, I was greeted with the infamous rum punch as a welcome drink, and I enjoyed the swim-up room that came with the all-inclusive package.
While the breakfast wasn’t to my style, both lunch and dinner were amazing—just check out the videos of the food! I appreciated that I didn’t have to leave the resort unless I wanted to, as everything I needed was on-site. My room was beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping and staff checking in frequently.
As a 29-year-old American - Black, I enjoyed a relaxed, quiet atmosphere. The manager mentioned that the resort often attracts a British crowd, which might explain the breakfast style, but for me, the peaceful vibe was perfect. I had multiple drinks a day and three satisfying meals each day, making my stay truly comfortable.
Although most of the activities I wanted to do were about an hour away, the resort’s proximity to Rodney Bay, shopping malls, a nearby club, and several dining options added extra convenience. I did get bitten by a few mosquitoes—a small reminder that you’re on an island surrounded by nature—but that was easily managed with bug spray (which I wish I had brought).
With amenities like a spa, a bank, and prompt, helpful responses to my emails, I truly felt taken care of. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend Coco Palm Resort for a relaxing vacation.

We loved it! Extremely friendly staff, food service and the pool was fantastic!!! We highly recommend it if you’re looking for something close by shopping mall restaurants and beaches.

We were greeted upon arrival with a welcome rum punch much needed after the drive from the airport.. Our stay was fantastic the staff were friendly and very helpful with any needs we had . The beach was beautiful and we were taken care of by Kentish who rented us sun beds and umbrella for a very reasonable price.
Around the hotel are fantastic restaurants we felt safe walking around and everyone is very friendly.will definitely return.

My stay was fabulous. I liked my room, view, breakfast and drinks at Ti Bannane. Staff were helpful and often went above and beyond. The location to the Village is second to none. The pool is large but perhaps too shallow , there are several outdoor spaces to chill and the beach is only a few minutes away. I got a good airport taxi driver.
Only hiccup is my bedsheets were a little dirty and the balcony could benefit from a couple chairs and/or a small table.

I am glad we did not book all inclusive, I have never had such terrible service. We ate there the first night and then ate out every night. We often waited 20 minutes to get a drink at the bar while locals seemed to be getting theirs topped up. The bar staff had a really poor attitude, such a shame as outside of the hotel the St. Lucian people could not have been more helpful or friendly.

Overall the property is well kept, the rooms were spacious, good running water, excellennt AC. The staff are friendly and helpful with any problems or concerns that arises. The breakfast that was included was alright, wish they had more choices and options. I like that we were walking distance to various stores and restaurants. The beach was a 10 minute walk from the resort.

There is a Wi-Fi problem in room 112. The General Manager, Mr St.Rose was very rude and out of place, threatening to lock me out of my already paid in full room.

The free breakfast buffet had a lot to be desired. The other meals were acceptable.
The property could use an update, ie bathroom and bed in room needs to be replaced.

It was our first visit to St. Lucia and Coco Palm was a good place to stay. The pool was great, the best part of the resort is the food. Great selection and we chose to do the all-inclusive package which really allowed us to try multiple meals and options from the menu. The only downside was the elevator didn’t work well, so we used the stairs for most of our visit. The resort is a little ways away from the beach, so if your goal is to be on the water, probably not a great spot. It is a great location for shopping, restaurants and transportation was easy to access from the front desk. The resort is close to the marina, which made it great for our excursion days out on the water, so definitely check that out!

Another visit at Coco Palm because it ticks all the boxes, amazingly delicious breakfast buffet with local dishes and the standard twin room pool side with terrace was fantastic. Will be back again when in Rodney Bay!

My wife and I came for a long weekend get away to relax and found coco palm a great relaxation get away. The food was great. I little slow on getting drinks to the table. But all in all a great trip. Would definitely go back here again

We booked a standard double room (garden view) and were upgraded to a swim up pool room which was a pleasant surprise!
Pros:
The pool was clean and well maintained, we really enjoyed swimming in it. There are lots of showers around to rinse yourself off
The games in the garden (pool table, table tennis etc) were really fun to play!
The bar staff were friendly and engaging.
Walking distance to the beach, supermarket and restaurants.
Cons:
WiFi in our room (124) was weak and dropped out a lot. Our flight home was cancelled so we had to make alternate arrangements sat on a chair by the pool as that’s where the best WiFi signal was!
Breakfast was okay
Some of the pool chairs were broken
We would overall stay at Coco Palm again and enjoyed our stay. It’s a good location and there was a nice vibe amongst the guests.

Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms overlooking the pool. Each room is well equipped, has a small balcony, fridge and large comfortable king size beds. Breakfast buffet is included, which is nice and staff are all very friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Definitely recommend.
