Notre séjour au Coco Palm fut fantastique. Le personnel était au petit soin avec nous. Toujours souriant.La chambre était classique mais vraiment très très propre. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment copieux et délicieux. La piscine était nettoyée plusieurs fois par jour. Je reviendrai.

location is excellent. the room is ok. staff is nice. I book all inclusive but not good as others Caribbean places. not much option or things to eat at the resort. only one restaurant. over and over again i have to eat the same thing. i have to eat same thing for two to three time at lunch and dinner. because I pay for all inclusive. i don't mind to pay 1/2 price but not much option to eat. the breakfast is not good for me. it's the same thing every day. i can't stand it. I stayed in resort 9 days. I feel good to eat only 3 days but days after I eat only cereal, one banana, coffee. nothing good for me at breakfast.

Clean , friendly staff, its a home away from home

Staying at Coco Palm was really nice. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely visit again.

Its a nice place with almost anything you needed in walking distance. But only stay there is you want to disconnect from the rest of the world the wifi was horrendous. Frequently going in and out in the rooms and balcony even in the bar and restaurant. I go in on Saturday and the pool was cloudy by Sunday night and didnt get cleaned until Wednesday morning. I was in a swim out room. Other than those two thing it would have been great. The food in the resturant was excellent. Without a doubt it is worth getting the all inclusive package if you stay here.

Beautiful hotel

It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and supermarkets.

I had a great time at the Coco Palm. They were absolutely so nice. Everyone was helpful! The food was delicious. Although I didn’t get all inclusive I did have lunch and dinner there once. I had breakfast every morning and it was great. There were restaurants and bars right outside the resort. The only issue I had was housekeeping stole an item out of my room. I checked in with the item and several employees saw me with including the manager. Of course the cleaning staff denied they took anything. That was an unfortunate end to a relaxing and beautiful trip.

The staff was absolutely first class. Bryan, Hazel, Nadia were so kind and always ready to help and make our stay comfortable. Room was really nice and it had the swim up style balcony. My daughter and I couldn’t have asked for such a great experience!! The food was also absolutely delicious and amazing too! I’m tearing up right now because I already want to go back!!!! Thanks Coco Palm for everything!

The place is very nice, the employees were very attentive and polite. I will stay again there next time. The onpy problem was the broken pool and the area around is quite rough full of potholes.

All Inclusive for 16 days. We had a good stay, rooms clean, comfortable and functional. We found food good quality, however menus are rather restrictive, would suggest varying Lunch/Dinner options and offering daily specials. The Easter Sunday lunch buffet was fantastic, it was a real shame this isn't offered every Sunday. Garfield the guest relations manager is very friendly and helpful. Ganet at Breakfast/Lunch supervisor has eyes on everything and is brilliant. Male supervisor in evening not a clue, needs training by Ganet!. Our stars of the stay: Migel, Hazel, Vernessa & Celine. Our biggest gripe: pool advertised as open 7am-7pm, however on week 2 was never open earlier than 10:30, and it was as late as noon which wasn't great for little ones or if you needed a plunge to refresh.

Staff was really nice and the atmosphere was nice not forgetting the food it was excellent.

Overall a good experience. The all inclusive option had restrictions which kind of defeats the purpose of all inclusive but it was still beneficial.

I stayed at the coco resort and the time away was great. Needs much updates throught out the whole place. There many mosquitos and the air conditioning is on it's last leg. It is next too many shops so if you want to grab something it is right there.
