I drive from Siena for a long way to expect the romantic trip. I choose the most beautiful pic on hotels.com. BUT it's really a nightmare to choose this hotel. I booked four star hotel but all I can stay is "only the room". I have to check in and eat breakfast in another hotel which is far away from 10 minutes walk. After eating, I have to walk back cause the HOT spots is near the hotel where I originally booked. OMG! It's really cold outside. The shower water was about 25-30 degree and the staff said THAT'S OK FOR HIM. I called twice, finally after one hour, the water is REALLY ok.

La stanza era molto pulita, calda, luminosa e dotata di armadiature spaziose. Il bagno più grande rispetto alla media degli hotel e finestrato. Il personale all'accoglienza davvero gentilissimo così come anche il personale di sala durante la colazione. La posizione davvero eccezionale e San Marino...un incanto!

The breakfast was supposed to go until 10 am it was half gone by 9.30 it wasn’t very good and they did not replenish ! And the rudest waiters ever would never go back Same for La terrace restaurant waiters with Attitude!!

Location is everything, walking up the street pulling my bag was a struggle but totally worth it because you are in the middle of everything!! Staff is super helpful

Our bathroom had a slight sewer smell. The view was spectacular. An email from the hotel about check in procedure would have helped a lot. We drove to the end of the road and it was a 200 m walk with all of our bags. We didn’t know to walk to the hotel, check in, and they would come get our outfit us.

Struttura non nuova ma tenuta bene. La Terrazza, ristorante della struttura, troppo esoso per la varietà del cibo.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The historic sites are all walkable, the shopping is incredible, the staff was amazing and met all of our needs

The Republic of San Marino in itself is unique in this world of travel destinations! The Hotel Titano exemplifies a tradition of professionals of an era gone by. A welcome oasis of class and culture of hosting guests.

Hotel Titano was the highlight of our two week holiday in Italy. Dan at the front desk was very professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. He offered us to upgrade our room at our expense which we did and was not disappointed. The view was breathtaking. We stayed three nights and loved every moment. The hotel being in the heart of old town San Marino was walking distance to the entire old town.
