Excellent place , 3rd time visit Clean and comfortable

Nice place

I was very surprised to find the workers when you enter the establishment sitting down one was fixing his bread. Both staff members woman and man did not greet us. The receptionist held out her hand for my documents no hello welcome nothing. My room was clean but I was disturbed with holes in the couch and bedroom seater. The table had blue ink written all other the table. Also the light in the bathroom is so dark you can hardly see yourself. I was very shock with Ascott property and low grade customer service. I checked out and not one question about my stay not even a thank you for staying at the property. My company was approach by Ascott staff to open a corporate account and after this stay, this hotel would embrass me with my clients. So disappointed.

للأسف دافع حق شخصين بالغين وطفلين ١٠ و٨ سنوات والغرفة حقت شخصين ولمن طلبت اسره للأولاد قالوا نعطيك بطانية فقط وبدون مخدات. يعني انومهم على الأرض. قله احترام للضيف. لا انصح به للعوائل.

Good stay

My recent stay at the Ascott Corniche Al Khobar was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite booking through Expedia with high hopes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience, my stay was marred by numerous issues that left me extremely dissatisfied. From the moment we entered the apartment, we were greeted by an overwhelming and offensive odor, reminiscent of a mix between chemical and nasty smells. Despite bringing this to the attention of the hotel staff, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener, which proved to be ineffective in resolving the issue. The persistent odor made our stay unbearable, forcing us to leave after only a few hours. This unexpected turn of events greatly disrupted our travel plans and left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Furthermore, the lack of proper resolution and compensation for the substandard conditions only added to our disappointment. As a paying customer, I expected a level of service and comfort that was sorely lacking during my stay at Ascott Corniche Al Khobar. Overall, I cannot recommend this establishment to fellow travelers, and I urge Expedia to investigate the matter and ensure that other guests do not encounter similar issues in the future.

المكان جميل ولاكن تسمع ازعاج الغرف الي جنبك الغرفه الي انا فيها يوجد باب على غرفه الثانيه و اطفالهم طول اليوم يحاولون الدخول علي

Less than expected, the room faced a problem that is not worthy of a hotel, which is that the bathroom sank with water and strange things came out.. The baby's bed is very bad as if it was thrown in the garbage, the hotel was informed of the observations

AC was very cold which make uncomfortable

good stay for one night, the hotel under lobby renovation, outside the hotel there is a 24 hrs coffee shop always crowded young people

Location, kindness and professionalism of reception staff

إقامة ممتعة وإختيار موفق. الفندق جديد والفرش حديث ومرتب. الاستقبال كان ممتاز والموظفين بشوشين. سكنت في شقة بصالة وغرفة واحدة. والجميل وجود بلكونتين مفصولة واحدة إمتداد للصالة والأخرى امتداد لغرفة النوم. أنصح فيه خاصاً عند إكتمال جميع المرافق وإعتدال الأجواء في الخبر

Great location, it's not majestic but looks like majestic, i like space on room it was wide, i was Upset from lighting and Furniture, for honest i will not book it again.
