Nice area, great hotel and not too far from Haram. Shuttle is available but there should be atleast 2 shuttle buses.

Our room was big enough. Excellent service. Breakfast was exceptional. Haram 5 mins a way. We love this hotel. If i come back again i definitely take it again.

The hotel is walking distance to the Haram, however it’s on a steep hill so not convenient for young children and elderly. The shuttle bus runs every 10 minutes which is very convenient but then you have to take a lift and a bit of a walk to Haram.Overall the hotel is immaculate, they gave us an upgrade which was really helpful, clean spacious rooms, amazing staff, lovely continental breakfast with a lot of choices. There’s a cafe and food court nearby.
Will definitely recommend.

It was the 3rd time we stay at Double Tree Jabal Omar Makkah. Room was spacious and nice, staff were friendly especially Mr. Ahmed El Sayed and Mr. Mehdi Hassan. They gave us special treatment during breakfast and tagged us as gold customer. Good location, nice room, friendly staff and good price as well-can't complain at all. In shaa Allah it will not be our last time staying at this hotel.

This is our 2nd stay and it was almost perfect apart from the shuttle service was only available on our 1st and last day. I think it was due to the road closure near Masjidil Haram.

It. Was a nearly perfect experience during our one night stay, room, food, ambience, staff. Everything is good. They provide a shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram as well. Until it was raining heavily and they had problems with elevators. But overall it was a near perfect experience.

Kamar bersih, sangat recommended untuk pribadi/grup/keluarga. Hanya saja kamar baru ready jam 16.00. Jarak lumayan deket dari Haram. Jalan kaki 3-6 menit. Disediakan shuttle bus tiap saat. Alternatif untuk hotel bintang yang harganya lebih bersahabat dibanding dengan hotel yang di pelataran Haram.

The hotel was awesome. Spacious, luxury, clean.. And all the staff are very helpful. We really enjoyed the delicious and complete variation of breakfast

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan, Hotel terletak dekat banget dari Masjidil Haram. Akses menggunakan shuttle bus yang tersedia tiap 5 menit. Good job

Hotel dekat dengan Masjidil Haram King Fahad Gate dan Zam zam Tower. Disediakan shuttle bus pulang pergi Masjidil Haram sehingga tidak capek. Kamar tidur dan kamar mandi luas dan bersih. Pelayanan sangat bagus. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk Jamaah Haji atau Umroh.

Akomodasi yang bagus untuk keluarga. Kamar luas, bersih, nyaman, pemandangan seluruh kota mekasih, pelayanan staf ramah dan ada staf indonesia, shuttle 24 jam, lokasi dekat masjidil haram.
